unit is ok. just the team troublesome. some furnish damaged shall change immediate to avoid guest compensation.
troublesome to stay in homestay with this management, before check in require to check all in good condition (in my opinion it shall done by management) and check out also need to snap photo to them caused i did not enjoy for the trip and need to do more job. Can not reach to management with immediate action if got any inquiry.

The environment was good,the house is big and clean
In the that house I don't have a mirror,

We need to wait more than 30 minutes to get the approval before enter the premises. This process need to be reviewed. Provide a proper guideline for the first time customer.

I love the rooms. Esp the master bedroom. Everything else was wonderful and its not far from city center.

Registration of ihousing web really give me angry.once fill half ,and see whatspp for info .come ihousing web unable to continue have to start all over again fill particular.and unable to tick agreement .prefer hardcopy cause the system problem .or agent fill for us .

The unit is clean and easy to access.
The on line filling the details and several steps to access to the house key is too much for none IT savvy to book the unit. Suggest to attract more potential homestayers, simplify the process like after booking in Airbnb, one can go to the security office to get the house key. Also, the parking lot is designated per household. visitor has to look for the parking lot.

clean, comfortable apartment, 1 km walking distance to the highlights of the city, parking place in garage, staff responded quickly
we had to fill in too many forms and give many details (even passport stamp), that was new to me, pool and gym were closed

New apartment, spacious living hall & 2 bedrooms. Suitable for big families. Easy to check-in.
Have to register each of the guests detail prior to access to homestay. Not sure why swimming pool not allow to use. Hope admin can inform earlier to guests so that we have other alternative.
