Wonderful! Super easy to coordinate keys and access, staff were lovely and also arranged airport drop off for us. Great value for money and the pool is spectacular.

It is a clean home with a beautiful layout. The rooms are spacious w/ air conditions and many clean bathrooms. The fridge was stocked with drinks. Snacks available on the table. Low-priced items. Kim arranged a 7-seater van to pick up my family from the airport to the airbnb. She greeted our family at the house and showed us around, even brought us bananas. Kim is a very sweet and patient person. She cooked our family breakfast and bought us Vietnamese coffee before our excursion. When we arrived home later that night, she offered and bought our family dinner TWICE. She also called and arranged ALL of our taxis to and from our destinations. We easily contacted her for all of our needs and questions via “What’s Up”. Kim is a true blessing. We will definitely come back! We recommend this beautiful home with GREAT service and hospitality. Vietnam is a great country.

everything is great at O-vui's place

Tin's Villa is peaceful and private with big pool. I love staying here because his sister ensures everything is going perfect from arriving to departure. The house is very clean and the pool is also clean. It takes 10 minutes from the house to the old town with taxi and very close to the beach and river. The villa furniture is high end. There are a lot of restaurants and spa there. I will definitely come back!

We went on a family trip! We were traveling with dogs, so it was limited to choosing a place to stay, but it was so good that we were able to bring a puppy, and it was completely satisfying to have a swimming pool in a private villa! The location was a little far from Hoi An, so I had to use Grab to get around, but there was no inconvenience, and I felt private, so I was able to feel at home comfortably with my family! I was worried that it would be scary because it was dark at night, but there was a light bulb light on the trees outside and the trees inside, so the atmosphere was good and the choreography at all. The pool was bigger than I thought, and it was nice that the water was clean, and there was air conditioning in each room, including the living room, so I stayed cool and comfortable, and there were three rooms, so I used each room comfortably ~ I was worried because the bed was humid, but I didn't have to change it at all, and I slept well because it was fluffy! And I applied in advance because you cooked for yourself, but the food was delicious and there were a lot of sheep, so I had a good meal!! Above all, Kim who guided us from start to finish and helped us was so kind and attentive, so I had a more comfortable and happier stay! Thank you. I made happy

We stayed for a day and our stay was absolute bliss! I had the best nights sleep in 10 years! The bedrooms are big, with blackout blinds & beds are very comfortable. The villa is quiet, peaceful, private, secure, safe, clean & spacious. It is located near restaurants to the left & right, nearby mini marts for basic needs (no supermarkets in HoiAn; nearest is DaNang), spas, public beach and around a 10 min taxi ride to HoiAn old town. Metered taxis were easy to get outside the 2 nearby hotels or main road 1 min walk away. The host's communication was excellent & went out of his way to ensure we were well cared for the moment we booked the villa right through to after departure. It was our 4th time in HoiAn and first time in a private villa. We will definitely stay here again for another week. It was the perfect family getaway.
