The home is in an up and coming neighbourhood and has a rural feel. There is a small park within walking distance, populated enough to feel safe during daytime hours. The property is exceptionally clean. Only the washing machine is in need of a deep cleaning. Linens and towels are decent quality. All the appliances we used were in perfect working order. Enjoyed the outdoor BBQ in the nice backyard. Light bulbs over dining table need to be replaced, causing instant headache. House instructions are needed. Most guests will not be familiar with Santa Rosa's waste sorting. Quiet hours are ranging from 9-9, neighbourhood dogs don't always adhere to noise restrictions. On our four day journey to the property we received the rental rules. Although none of them are outrageous, they should be mentioned on VRBO before payment is made. E-mail Host rules state that a dog is allowed with prior approval. VRBO, on the other hand, clearly states that one dog of any size is allowed, no approval mentioned. Trying to contact the host via e-mail we received a fail code. Thankfully a phone number was provided which we used to text our arrival time and that we are travelling with our dog. It would be beneficial to find out if there are breed restrictions as we would definitely rent this property again when working in the area. Thank you for letting us stay in this enjoyable home.

This is a lovely house - everything is very comfortable and full of all the amenities (best towels ever!). The yard (and hot tub) are particularly pleasant. It's a quiet neighborhood and neighbors clearly don't want loud partying next door, but it was perfect for our family visit.

The stay at this home was quiet and nice. The house is well updated and clean. It is in a working-class neighborhood that is not too far from all of the wine country area so it makes it convenient.

We loved the setup of the house. Super comfortable after a day of exploring. House is well equipped; beds are comfy. Host is helpful. Hot tub under the trees was beautiful.

The property is really nice, love the great water pressure, heated bathroom floors, lighting and small little touches. Very quiet neighborhood. Kitchen was stocked with sugar, spices, tea and coffee. Towels were plentiful.

We had a wonderful stay at this property but had a couple of issues. The home was nice and clean. The pictures on VRBO are accurate. We had plenty of space for four friends and the beds were comfortable. The fenced in back yard is fantastic! It is in a convenient location for visiting the coast, Napa Valley, Sonoma Valley, Calistoga, and Glen Ellen (although they are all a bit of a drive). We had issues with the hot tub and fire pit. Before our trip Tyler answered our questions promptly but during our stay, we were told to contact Ella with any issues. Ella was not very responsive to voice mail or text messages. We were only able to use the hot tub and fire pit two of the four nights. This was disappointing because the hot tub and fire pit were amenities that we looked for when booking a property. By the third night Ella did send someone out to the property. He did not have the part to fix the fire pit ignition switch, but he showed us how to light it manually though and that worked fine. He also reset the hot tub. Even with the issues, we had a wonderful time and would stay there again.

Location is an easy distance to great wineries in both Sonoma and Napa. Easily accommodates 6 guests. Host had very thoughtful touches including shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the bathrooms as well as coffee and creamer in the kitchen. Backyard and hot tub were awesome. Early check-in was not available, but we were able to park our rental in the driveway.

My friends and I stayed here during a wine country weekend. We really enjoyed the home. The beds were super comfortable, the home was clean and the kitchen was wonderful. We loved the ample backyard and the hot tub. Would absolutely stay here again!!

This was a perfect spot for a peaceful, easygoing vacation, featuring short trips out to the coast, into wine country, etc. The place was exactly as advertised, amenities were terrific, the yard in particular was ideal for travelers with dogs.

Great space for three different couples! It also has a lot of outside space to visit and congregate. We took advantage of the hot tub every night! Temp was a little warm for us so take off the cover in advance to cool it off. Kitchen has a ton of cupboard space with a great Keurig coffee maker with coffee provided. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were fully stocked in both bathrooms. Shower head was fantastic with a great waterfall feel. Great price and great location, with easy access to Russian River Valley and Sonoma area.

Situated in a suburban neighborhood at the end of a cul de sac, the house is comfortable and well-designed. My daughter really loved the air hockey table in the garage. The darts were fun, too, though falling apart. The hot tub was luke-warm (seemed to be programmed to not go past a certain temp) and we couldn't get the jets to work. The fire pit had an empty tank, but they keep extras nearby. It gave off a gassy odor as it burned, but was pretty. We did like the back yard, though construction was taking place at the home behind the property and music playing most of the day there. The cleaning products used left a chemical smell, and sheets smell of laundry perfume so this property is not a great match for the chemically sensitive. Most every basic need in terms of kitchen gadgets, towels, etc. are provided for. The one thing I wished for was a tea kettle. The ice dispenser didn't work and I realized it was because all the ice had frozen into a lump together, probably due to a past power outage. Overall, I would recommend this property, especially for multi-parties traveling together and sharing the cost. Having lived in wine country, I knew going into this that the house is not really in wine country. It's near enough, but know that it's really just a house in a neighborhood in Santa Rosa from which you can drive to lots of great destinations (Russian River and true wine country).

The place was very clean and we had everything we needed. The yard was the best feature and great for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. Would recommend.

Great property, very spacious, and we enjoyed our time in the backyard. The place was clean and tidy but can feel little stuffy. Not a big deal once you air it out or turn on AC. Neighborhood was quiet and everyone kept to themselves. Highly recommend.

Tyler's house was so nice to relax in for the weekend. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Nice relaxing weekend

The home is beautiful inside and out. Every detail is thought of and available there for you. Beautiful fully fenced secure yard for your furry friend and a hot tub and fire pit for the humans. Definitely not a walking property you will need a car to see what the Sonoma Valley has to offer. The inside of the home is inviting with beautiful handcrafted lighting and features.

House was perfect for our needs. Clean, well equipped, tastefully decorated, fantastic backyard that was great for the dog. Not much going on in the immediate neighborhood, but close to many Sonoma destinations and took a nice bike ride to Sebastopol on the Joe Redota trail.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! With the large grassy yard, and everything newly renovated from the furnishings to the linens, new appliances, new everything, we were all very happy :) I highly recommend this house on the end of a quiet road! Will definitely stay here again!

The house was very nice, i enjoyed every second being there! The backyard is so spacious, i loved the fire pit it was my favorite spot of the house.

This is the 2nd time me in my family have stayed here we absolutely love it it's perfect for families they have a nice little game Room and it is very clean. We all Where very happy with everything!!

We stayed during Covid-19 times and this house was a very tranquil escape. We spent most of our time in the backyard just hanging out. It was quite, well appointed and we thoroughly enjoyed our escape.
