Excellent location! Walkable to restaurants, breweries and coffee shops. We felt like we were locals for our time there. The condo itself was gorgeous with an incredible view the mountains over Biltmore forest. Great spot for an evening cocktail. We will definitely be back!

This is our 3rd time staying in this unit. It is immaculate, tastefully decorated and has secure parking. We also loved the location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and breweries. We will stay here again.

There is a serious and unsettling knocking noise when riding the elevator. You need to have this looked into. Other occupants and renters also mentioned it.

Absolutely amazing condo perfect for a weekend in Asheville. The condo was stylish and clean with safe and secure parking. Gorgeous views from downtown Asheville all the way to Mt. Pisgah. Terrific location! Only a 5 minute walk to downtown & everything that Asheville offers; shopping, restaurants, breweries... We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the vacation rental very much. It was within walking distance of activities, restaurants and breweries/bars. It was also a great place to be to explore other activities, such as white water rafting, hiking, and zip lining. The unit was clean and equipped with everything that we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath apt. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and still have privacy. The apt & bldg are very clean, and the garage parking was such an added bonus after having stayed in Asheville w/o that amenity. The location is perfect for walking to many excellent restaurants, boutiques,yoga, and the food co-op that was stocked with everything you could need. It was a very short ride to tubing on the river, and a slightly longer drive to many options for hiking. We had a very small issue that we need to contact management on and their reply was quick and took care of the situation.

Everything about this condo was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again. The place was clean and ready for us when we arrived. The space was perfect for our group- two adult couples. The location was fantastic. Just a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants.

Perfect location. Street construction loud and distracting during the days (although you have no control over that!). Only things that could have made this better, and this is truly nit-picking: 1) up the quality and size of shower products and toilet paper; 2) fuller pillows; and 3) get a keurig and quality coffee.

We came for a few day first time visit to Ashville. The accommodations and location couldn’t have been better. We were in the south slope area around many breweries, food, and attractions. The Biltmore was amazing as well. We enjoyed our trip immensely and look forward to a return trip in the future.

Lovely apartment, perfect walking distance to downtown, very clean and comfortable.
Our only comment is on the weekend there is a music venue close to the apartment and the music was blasting past 1 AM. And disturbed our sleep.
We would suggest a white noise machine to try and help alleviate some of the noise. Other wise it was perfect!

Made my selection of property on VRBO and it was a smooth operation. I was emailed the garage access code along with the unit access code. It was a relief not having to keep track of a key or card. The unit was comfortable enough. Furnishing were okay. It presented clean enough but the throw pillows were a little stained so I stacked them off to the side. This unit had 2 kings beds en-suite which made it nice for 2 couples. Usually there’s 1 king and 1 queen but found this 2 king bed unit and was happy. This was my first Vrbo and I would definitely do it again.

We had a great stay in Asheville! The condo is in a great location, walking distance to downtown and many restaurants and activities. The condo is fully equipped with kitchen and bath supplies, plenty of towels/linens. Check in was simple with clear instructions. The patio has a great view of downtown with the mountain backdrop. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had a great time except for Ian's untimely hurricane aftermath. The condo was as shown on the site. The place was clean with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Location is about 2-3 miles south of downtown but with lots of walkable restaurants and bars.
Two suggestions:
- There was a "conditioning shampoo" but not shampoo and conditioner, as stated. The bottles of shampoo and lotion were very tiny. I expected better from such a nice place. Suggest getting shower dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body gel.
- The place is dark and a couple more nightlights in the bathrooms or bedrooms would help navigate in the dark.

Beautiful apartment but Horrible nights sleep
The apartment is adorable and clean! Make sure to bring a shower mat. It is very slippery and I fell twice. The negative of the apartment is the area that it is in. Every night about 830 loud music starts until about 1 o’clock in the morning. Very very difficult to sleep. I recommend a noise machine.

Spacious 2 bedroom condo with terrace with great views…fully equipped…furnishings were of standard quality…very secure. Minor issue with ceiling fan which was promptly and professionally repaired. The neighborhood was noisy and on our last night I could hear and feel one of the upstairs neighbor’s music until after 2:00 am! Overall a good experience.

Very Nice Condo in an Excellent Location
What a nice place! It was very, very clean and had plenty of space for myself, my husband and our adult son. Two bathrooms was a must, and they were big and spotless. The condo literally looked brand new! The location is very close to downtown and we walked to dinner. We felt very safe in the building and the gated parking was a big plus We enjoyed the balcony in the evening to see the sun setting and the stars. If I had to make one complaint (and trust me, it is a very little one), it would be that the pocket door to the master bathroom was heavy and a little awkward. This tiny problem certainly wouldn't stop us from staying again if we find ourselves back in Asheville. Plus, I love the 11 a.m. checkout! That extra hour is really nice!

Great location
Secured property that was convenient to downtown. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping. The condo was nicely furnished, had comfortable beds and a great outdoor space. We also had a bonus fireworks display from the local baseball stadium on Friday night.
