Communication with property manager was excellent. They answered all questions immediately and handled an issue on day 1 immediately. Kitchen is well equipped with clean utensils and new pots/pans. Pictures are accurate on condo layout. Only issue is some bathroom faucets, etc. need replacing- jets on tub in master bathroom cannot be used do to cleanliness and some mold forming in master shower. Floor needed to be cleaned after our arrival which took a lot longer than expected and we had to vacate the premises. We were a family of ten ranging from 1 year old to grandparents. Pools are great for children and directly on the ocean. Overall we would stay here again.

The property was nice, quiet, safe and family friendly. It could have been cleaner when we checked in - there were Goldfish crumbs on the floor, something spilled on the kitchen cabinets, and the table tops weren’t cleaned well. It was perfect for two families, with a spacious living room and the biggest balcony we have seen. Spectacular view. The storage closet outside the condo was stacked with beach chairs and toys and a great alternative to trekking sand through the unit and out the balcony. But our trip was cut short because of tropical storm Debbie. We paid $8k for two nights. The other family couldn’t make it because their flight was canceled. We left early because the beach and pool were closed, and we were afraid we would be stuck with flooded roads. It was a difficult parenting decision to leave but in the best interest of safety and our three kids. Lots of tears. The company declined to provide any refund, which was gut wrenching. We will come back to Myrtle and if you like a quiet place, this was nice - but it wasn’t worth $8k for two nights.

Our stay in South Wind 801 was amazing! It was centrally located-a 5 minute drive to Broadway at the Beach and if you went the other way, it was 5 minutes to Pirates Voyage. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. The vacation rental management staff responded almost immediately when I sent a text about having trouble with the lock on the sliding glass door that led out to the balcony.

The condo was as advertised and the best part was the balcony. Amazing wrap around balcony with amazing views. Another perk is the location of this property is surround by a more residential area which allowed for ample space on the beach. I have been to Myrtle beach since 1996 and I can say this is the first place I stayed where the beach was not overcrowded. I am sure there are others areas, but this area was the first I have experience. We will be back.

Great condo with nice amenities in a good location. Really liked the large balcony. Had a couple issues at check-in (weekend), but property management responded quickly and were able to resolve the issues. Overall, a great experience for our family (8 people ranging from ages 22 to 81). We really enjoyed our stay. Clean, good lay out, nicely decorated, and good amenities. Thank you.

This is a really lovely property. Close to restaurants, stops and attractions. The listing is very accurate in depicting the interior and wrap-around patio. What we were pleasantly surprised with is the quality of everything in the kitchen! Above average! We very much enjoyed a home made cup of coffee taking in the lovely view. The bedrooms made our family of 5 very comfortable with everyone having the privacy they needed. Check-in/check-out was seamless. My questions in preparation for our visit were answered quickly allowing me to coordinate our get-together with family members attending from 3 states. I highly recommend this property for a lovely stay right on Myrtle Beach, SC.

Best ocean view ever!! Very peaceful & relaxing, check-in was seamless, the condo was beautiful, beach was gorgeous, the balcony was so roomy and we loved how we could see all the way down the shoreline. The only complaint... hot tubs outside were not heated :( they should let you know in the description if they are seasonal, it's one of the reasons we picked the property. Other than that, we had an amazing time and would absolutely stay here again!

This was one of the best VRBOs we've stayed in over the years. Having four bedrooms was just right for our group of younger kids all the way up to grandparents. The gathering area was perfect with a large table we could all sit around, plenty of couches & chairs to relax on, and we really enjoyed some time out on the balcony. The location was great as it was close enough to restaurants and shopping, yet it was in a more quiet area. If we are back to Myrtle Beach again in the future, we will definitely be staying here. The one slight negative was the mattress in the master bedroom. It was more firm than we would have liked, but all the other mattresses were very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay at South Wind 801 with our family of 9. We never felt crowded and the place was clean, well stocked, and in a great location. It was great to have beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, etc for use during our stay. The pool and access to the beach were perfect. I would highly recommend.

Layout of the cottage was nice. Our daughter and her family had the back 3 bedrooms giving them some privacy. The extra large balcony is where we spend most of our time. The kids loved it. Very comfortable condo.

The unit was immaculate and exactly as advertised/pictured. Plenty of room for seven of us and could have comfortably fit more. We were there for our daughter's wedding so didn't get to do much exploring, but we were very close to everything we needed (10/Fold Biscuits - definite must have!). The entire property was clean and well kept. The pools and hot tubs looked amazing & the view from the unit was absolutely stunning. Yes, there are hair dryers and the coffee maker can do either drip or pod coffee.
