Overall the unit was clean, and quiet. The minion room has been updated into a pacman room with a small arcade.

Communication with the owner was difficult. I messaged a couple of days before our trip, and then again, when we had issues with the condo upon arrival. I got a response to the original message sent before our trip 3 days after we checked in, along with the other message sent upon arrival. The unit was clean but definitely needs some attention. Couch has obviously been torn by an animal, several large scratch marks as well as the whole back of the middle cushion being ripped out. Remotes to TVs in living room and master bedroom do not work and have chew marks along the top from an animal chewing on it. Bar stools are ripped on corners, and several baseboards are loose and/or just sitting in place against the wall. The hot tub is not working. It is neither hot nor has working jets.

The rooms were nice. My children really enjoyed their room with the Pac-Man game console. It was clean and ready for our arrival.

Everything was perfect except upon arrival the door code given to get in the room didn’t work. It was resolved within a hour or so.

The host has excellent response. When I got to the location, I didn’t realize there were no receptionist but when the host kindly let me know the instructions for check in was emailed to me, I found everything else to be super easy. I would recommend and would come back.

The latch on the door was was loose, so I contacted the host who was very quick to respond. But the maintenance guy never showed up during the 5days we stayed there. I checked all the beds before anything and I found a few crumbs of some sort on the kids bunk bed under the very nice tucked sheets. The gray comforter looked dirty and some stains. There were a couple of the towels looked dirty/used? There were some hair strands on the bed sheets but overall was nice and still comfortable.

The room smelled as if there were a thousand animals inside.

The property had enough space for our needs.

We didn’t have enough towels for each guest so we had to purchase some.

People had no respect for others they left trash in the elevators/hallways

Great location, very spacious, the host responded quickly when we reached out.

It was supper dusty around the dryer area, hand towels and bedsheets had old stains on them, the living room rug also had plenty of stains.

The pictures are exactly what you are getting. We loved every moment of it.
