This was a great find for our long weekend in Orange Beach. 4 full bathrooms was the selling point for us, since we were a group of girlfriends on a trip! What a bonus to have 4 showers! The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen appliances offered all that you would need. The only negative comments I have to give is steered more towards your cleaning company. The fridge was not wiped down at all. The shelves had food and crumbs left on them from a previous renter. The tile floor in the main living area was filthy. Our feet were black from walking barefoot. We also were not left with any dish towels or dish rags, no dish soap, no dishwasher detergent, no laundry soap, no garbage bags. We were told we would be left with a starter set of all of that. Our exit instructions said to run the dishwasher but there was no detergent to even do so. We had to run out and get dish soap so we could hand wash our dishes and then use bathroom washcloths and towels to wash and dry them! I'm hoping this was an oversight on your cleaning crew? For this reason, I'm only giving it 4 stars but this is certainly fixable. There were a couple of maintenance issues that should be addressed (bedroom door doesn't shut or even fit the door jam to close, & a bathroom outlet is hanging out of the wall so we didn't want to use it for anything), but again, this is all easily rectified. I would definitely stay here again

The building itself was very strangely empty with large cavernous spaces with nothing in them. The slide, pools, and lazy river were amazing.

It was very clean and the kitchen was better stocked than ANY kitchen we've ever had in a rental - from crockpots to 2 types of coffee makers, a wide variety of cooking utensils - pots & pans - to actual Tupperware- the owners thought of everything. I loved the fact that the bedrooms had double queen beds to accommodate our group - and they were decently comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels for each bathroom. The complex offered great indoor & outdoor pools and multiple hot tubs. Each level had multiple luggage/grocery carts so when we were unloading luggage or groceries you never had to hunt one down. I will definitely be saving this condo to our favorites and telling others about it as well.

The balcony was a favorite spot of several members of our group as the view was wonderful and you could hear the waves clearly. Having a fourth full bathroom was a wonderful bonus over other condos where we have stayed. We also were fans of having multiple spots along the boardwalk at which to wash up after walking the beach. While we enjoyed the covered parking, we wouldn’t have to have to navigate that parking lot when the building is near full. The only downsides to our visit were finding two of the mattresses had holes in them (which the property manager attempted to replace during our stay but was unable to do so due to the holiday and pandemic issues) and arriving to find the outdoor pool was closed for maintenance for our entire stay. Other than those two things we had a wonderful stay.

The condo was nicely decorated and very inviting. The pictures are accurate to how it looks in person. The view was amazing, location close to restaurants, stores & ball fields. Great central location for our needs. Loved the direct beach access & lazy river. The elevators were an issue at check out time - need better system if the elevator is full to skip floors to avoid opening up at every floor. Also only allowed 2 parking passes per condo - made it hard with three families. But overall was a great place!

Everything about our stay in Orange Beach was fantastic. Could not get enough of the beach view. We saw dolphins and stingrays from the balcony with an unexpected BlueAngels fly bye while sitting at the beach! Condo was clean and comfy. Hope to be back soon!

The condo was lovely, so beautifully decorated, very comfortable, very spacious. All the beds were very comfortable. We were very pleased with the amount of bathroom towels provided also Pots, pans, utensils, dishes that were provided. An amazing blender is provided to make our delicious Pina Colada’s. One of the concerns our family had especially with small children only glass dishes and cups are provided instead of maybe some polycarbonate dishes and cups for safety from the children getting cut. We did appreciate a broom that was provided however a dustpan in the condo would have been helpful. A Swiffer may be a great idea to keep the kitchen floor clean when messes may occur. Our family enjoyed having a washer and dryer right at our finger tips. Laundry for 9 adds up quickly !! The weather was not very cooperative however when your At the beach what does it matter. Our family plans on returning next summer for another fun filled summer Vacation. I will tell you don’t waste your money at the snack bar at Phoenix West 2 ..........The FOOD WAS AWEFUL AND WAY WAY OVERPRICED!!!!!!!!!
