Cleanliness and spacious
the bed and pillow was so soft for me

Wifi is limitid which i can consume only a couple of hours when i am watching netflix to my laptop

Did not stay for breakfast. Room was very nice but no water in the shower, perhaps that was why there was no bath soap! Kitchenette was great. Great TV and cable. Took a while to find out, how TV and cable worked. Was a problem with organising getting the key because I indicated a time of arrival to which I thought the key would be at reception waiting. There was indication that I. D. Would be required but it was not stated that you had to leave your I. D. At reception. Anyway things were fine until found out shower did not work at all

Unit is clean and all basic necessities are easily available. This is ideal for long-term stay in Davao. There is 24-hour security. Convenience store (7/11) just outside the building. Near to Bankerohan public market, Roxas night market and Magsaysay fruit stand. Also, the building itself is well maintained and all the staff are kind and friendly. Definitely one of the best places to stay when visiting Davao.

The layout was excellent
Not like the shower unit was outdated and not working .Had to use the bucket. Also the stove did not work

The area is so Clean and Comfortable, it has a big space and the owner is always ready to answer our questions! ❤ Our kids really love the place.

We loved the unit, it is very homey. The sheets and beddings were clean & smelled good. Complete appliances for our stay. The owner is very accomodating. Wl definetely come back.
