Le personnel de l’accueil et du restaurant pas très aimable. Seules les femmes de chambre étaient très agréables !
La porte de notre chambre était difficile à ouvrir, elle forçait.
Nous avions réservé le dîner. Sur le menu, il est indiqué l’apéritif qui n’a pas été servi. Je l’ai signalé à l’accueil mais ils m’ont répondu que c’était normal !!!

Zeer mooie hotel, we hadden een Deluxe kamer geboekt voor 2 nachten, deze was zeer groot en een mooi, alsook een zeer grote, propere badkamer met douche en bad !

Espacios muy amplios y limpios. Las habitaciones son muy grandes y estab planificadas para cuidar al huésped
No tengo nada que decir. Quizás el precio lo encuentro un poco alto, pero se compensa con el confort

Una pasada de hotel. Céntrico, nuevo, limpio, habitaciones enormes y comodisimas, dicha y bañera estupendas, desayuno excelente, parking en el mismo hotel con plazas grandes y de facil maniobra. Ni el mínimo defecto. Todo excelente. Sin duda volveremos.
Falta un espejo de aumento en el baño.

Excellent location right in the main street and all shops around. Large rooms well fitted with large bathroom. Neat and clean. Lovely design, fitness room small but do the job, outdoor terrace and very quiet despite the location in the heart of the city. Great breakfast in the very well designed dining room.
We were a couple with 2 kids. The bed set up wasn’t comfortable made of 2 single beds next to each others and 2 very narrow single beds from a convertible sofa bed. It would have been better to have either a king size bed or at least a double bed and 2 real single bed.

Large hotels are often impersonal but the staff were super friendly and helpful.The location is perfect if you want to be close to the shops and restuarants.Although its central the rooms are quiet and the beds comfy.Breakfast is excellent and there is convenient parking at the rear of the hotel with access straight into the hotel

There was construction that started early morning and went on all day that the hotel failed to tell us about. It made it difficult to sleep in and affected ability to work from hotel room

the location, once we found it, was great. great breakfast.
We had planned on half board. The menu for dinner was horrible for us. We didn’t do half board.

The hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of the shopping area. The room is very big with huge comfortable bed. Hotel staff is very nice and helpful. The room is very clean. The arrangement with the parking (21 euro per night) is very convenient. We had a great stay in this hotel!
