La ubicacion perfecta.
El excelente trato y la limpieza.

Hotel céntrico con personal muy amable, tanto en recepción como en el buffet. Siempre dispuestos a ayudar. El desayuno estaba bien.
La habitación era muy pequeña y la ventana daba a un patio interior.

l'hotel est situé en plein centre ce qui permet de se déplacer facilement à pieds et de faire des éventuels aller-retour dans la chambre sans difficulté. Des parkings sont proches couverts ou non.
Rien de particulier.
Le seul reproche qui pourrait être fait est un stationnement cher dans Andorre-la-vieille mais ce n'est pas le fait de l'hôtel.
Ce qui par contre pourrait être envisagé est un tarif préférentiel pour les personnes qui séjourne une nuit ou plus dans les hôtels.

localisation près des commerces et de l'avenue principale. Chambre assez vaste, coffre, frigo et climatisation indispensable l'été. Grand lit pour nous 2. accueil souriant et prévenant. Personnel de nettoyage des chambres très à l'écoute des clients et sympathique.
Matelas très mou. Chambre mal isolé de la lumière extérieure, lampadaire en face du 1er niveau face route. Les rideaux ne couvrent pas assez la fenêtre. Lumière forte sur les côtés.

Se observan signos claros de deterioro en las instalaciones por su uso. La madera de los muebles y el suelo podrían estar más limpios. La ducha no tenía la iluminación suficiente.

Las camas eran cómodas
Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación varias veces: en una no funcionaba el aire acondicionado, en otra la caja fuerte, en otra la ducha… Además, el café del hotel era muy malo. Afortunadamente, enfrente está Santa Gloria, donde el café es excelente. El hotel en general está muy bien, pero si cuidaran esos pequeños (y grandes) detalles, sería genial. También les falta entender que la satisfacción del cliente es fundamental por parte de quien nos atendió; desde el principio podrían habernos asignado una habitación mejor.

Personne à l'accueil à notre arrivé vers 16h00. Nous avons attendu une vingtaine de minutes d'être pris en charge.

La habitación era un poco pequeña y la puerta del baño era translúcida, así que dejaba entrar luz en la habitación.

Great value for money. Huge rooms and bed. Friendly staff and lots of parking nearby (about €24 a day so not overly cheap). Good location in the heart of the capital.
Curtains didn’t quite shut fully so let a bit of light in and there is quite a bit of road noise too.

The room was very clean, i have not seen such good cleaning and care taken. Facilities are very good, with a powerful shower, hairdryer, products, fridge, tv and comfortablebed.. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, she explained about the best place for us to park and we could buy a 3 day ticket allowing us to leave and return as much as we wish. It was very close to the hotel. Location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants and caldea.

Location was prime. 10m from main street. Big room.
Shower pressure was really bad. Also bath tub was wobbly, felt scared standing there, was afraid i was going to brake it. Needs an upgrade.

The rooms were exceptional. Just like the photos. Everything was clean and comfortable.
The Hotel is close by a main shopping pedestrian street full of shops and restaurants. Andorra's restaurants closes early, but we could find at least 3 options to have dinner that stayed open till 11pm.
For €10 was had a free buffet breakfast. There was a variety of options from fruits, cheeses, and sweet pastry and all that one might feel like eating. IMPORTANT: They had different options for vegan milks. That was amazing because 2 of us are lactose intolerant.
The staff is super friendly and at your service at all times. Especially Sonia.
The internet connection in the reception was really weak, but otherwise, everything was amazing. I have nothing to add here in this section.

Staff was extremely helpful and polite. Everything went really smoothly on the desk and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was good enough. Room wasn't the biggest but nice. Location was excellent.
