Le personnel de la réception.
C’est toujours avec autant de plaisir que nous passons quelques nuits dans les suites de l’Eurostars Andorra.
Le garçon de la maintenance devrait être plus compétent.
Problème du coffre non résolu.
Problème au niveau du radiateur de la SDB non résolu.
1/4 d’ pour arriver à fermer correctement une fenêtre.

Personnel excellent, et petit déjeuner très varié.
Tarif trop cher pour la qualité proposée.. réservation d'une suite à 208€, mais chambre avec mobilier vieillot, et différente que celle indiqué sur la photo (moins belle et +petite) et 1 fenêtre qui ne ferme pas (bruits extérieurs gênant). 2 lits 1 place sur roulettes au lieu d'un grand lit 2 places réservé.. Pour le prix nous nous attendions à mieux, je ne réserverais plus dans cet hôtel.

De locatie in het centrum en alles op loopafstand en het uitmuntende ontbijt.Alles wat je kunt wensen was er. De kamer was een Junior Suite met gescheiden slaap- en zitgedeelte en 2 Televisies. Dat gaf veel ruimte en comfort.
Er waren wat schoonmaak issues. Niet alles was volledig schoon. De sofa was enigxins groezelig.Douchen in een badkuip met een te korte glazen wand moet voor 5 sterren beter kunnen.

Staff is really nice and eager to satisfy the clients. I enjoyed the location of the hotel as well as the kind people working there. Beautiful rooms, silent and Cosy.

Friendly staff - very accomodating. Having the bedroom separate from the living room was also nice. Onsite parking was also good. Room was very clean. Lots of storage space in the room.

I will not recommend the restaurant, O will recommend the Hotel De L'isard's restaurant near by super place for fod service and the whole.
