The cottage rental was very nice and clean. No complaints at all. Me and family will be back!

Overall it was a good stay. Wish there were pools on site that we could have used. Washcloths were not provided. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom for 7 people. We had to go buy more. Cleaners need to pay attention to dust build up on door ledges and ceiling fans. Fred was attentive when I emailed with questions. Back door never fully locked the whole stay which ended up being a good thing as one of the house key cards was cracked and no longer working. Overall the house was nice and served its purpose. Would I stay here again? Not unless access to the main pools was given as a hot tub in Florida heat serves no purpose. Easy drive to Disney and all attractions.

We love the location. So convenient to WDW, great restaurants, and shopping. The host was quick to address the issues we had. The neighborhood has nice wide sidewalks for walking, with lots of things to do. We did run into a problem a couple of times getting into the community pool, the use of which the listing states is included in the rental, but could have been some overzealous employees running the desk, and just our experience.

Love Margaritaville.... great time. The house had great space. Appreciated the extra beach towels and access to resort pool! . Wished for extra blankets & better cleaning though. Management responded quickly to request when outlets didn't work. Overall we had a fun time.

We had our best friend's weekend. There were a few issues in the home and I texted Fred and he immediately answered me and took care of the problems. We really loved the home and the location. We loved our stay! Plenty of space for the family, easy access on arrival with a lock box and free parking right in front of the condo. The property manager was very responsive as well and we loved having access to the fins up beach club at the Margaritaville Resort! We also appreciated the condo having upper and lower baby gates installed for the stairs. Hope to stay again in the future!

We had a great time at this spot. The pool was amazing and everyone was so friendly. We needed a high chair and they brought one over asap.great to work with.

Location is great and all in walking distance.

Perfect for the seven of us (including 3 kids). Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Amenities at Margaritaville were a plus, used the pool on the first and last day. Will be staying here again.

No issues whatsoever. This is a perfect place and the Margaritaville Pool was awesome. We went to Seaworld and Disney Springs. This is around everything. Beds are very comfortable with clean sheets and many feather pillows. Hot tub we used one night after a storm passed through…very nice! Showers are large with great water pressure. Fire TV in every room. We watched Netflix shows during storms and before bed each night. They leave a binder out for guests with all info needed including pool club card. I hope to stay here again. Thank you.

The property was very cute, and spacious. Electricity was out a entire day and night and could not get in touch with owner. But overall the house was nice.

Beautiful house with everything you need and so close to everything. Only 4 miles to Disney. Resort pool was so amazing and the cocktails were delish!!! Will definitely go back.
