So many positives to this property: nice size, soft comfortable beds, clean, convenient location, beautiful view, beach by it is amazing, lazy river is so fun, nice heated indoor pool. I loved that the unit also had an ice maker and was on the 4th floor. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to stay again!

So clean in our room and through out the resort. The inside pool was a hit during the cooler days and the lazy river and water slide were a huge hit with our kids. Beach was super clean and not very crowded. Our room was amazing and spacious. We will definitely be back!

If there was any suggestion I could make, and it's a small would be to provide a bathmat for outside the showers. The floors would get pretty slippery. We ended up putting down one of the bath towels provided, but a thick bathmat would have been nice, so we didn't have to keep rewashing the towels. The property was clean and well maintained and very spacious. There were some beach toys in the closet where the washer and dryer are, which was a pleasant surprise to my 10-year-old. Being on the fourth floor was nice as we could talk with members of our family at the pool, but still had a great view of the ocean/beach. The elevators were never a long wait and the balcony in the condo was an amazing place to hang out. The lazy river was a little chilly, but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. If I'm being honest, the cost of food/drinks and the tax in Orange Beach was a bit of shock, but it didn't stop our family from going out to eat every night. We just ended up spending more than we originally budgeted for. Two of our favorite places were Live Bait and Hogwild Beach & BBQ. We also thought that you could walk around pretty easily to the shops, but the main road was pretty busy, so we always drove places. Overall, we all agreed we would definitely come back to this property again. We all got teary eyed the day we had to check-out. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The beach is a little crowded for our taste but the inside of the unit is quiet and relaxing. The beach itself is beautiful and full of sea life. Beautiful clear water to watch dolphins, rays and lots of birds. There are many really great restaurants near by. Also the parking garage is a nice touch. Makes it easy to load and unload your things. The property manager is very nice and helpful. The condo is very clean and comfortable with large rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The ceiling to floor windows in both the master and living room makes a wonderful view of the water. One note you should expect is you will need to purchase a parking pass when you arrive that is not included in your booking fee. The fee had gone up this year from last is now $55. Not a deal breaker for us but an expense you should plan for.

We stayed for my husband’s birthday with 7 adults and 3 kids. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and there was plenty of room for all. The kids loved the slide and lazy river. The beach is very close and accessible. We went at the end of August which made the stay especially pleasant since the building was mostly empty.

It was a beautiful property. It was better than described. We are dying to know the brands of the mattress and pillows in the primary bedroom. They were wonderful!

I was impressed with the pantry area. The place was immaculate and when we thought we needed a plunger (we didn't look hard enough), Clark was very quick to respond! The pool was wonderful and the parking was amazing because we parked on the same floor as the condo. No waiting on elevators!! We are definitely coming back here.

We struggled with the king mattress as it is a thick memory foam and quite soft so it seemed to suck us into the bed (hard to get out when you have two new hips) :) But, the entire condo itself was perfect. We also felt very protected even though some neighbor borrowed our chair we left outside the door without asking. But, it showed up the day we were leaving so that was fine. The caretakers of this fine establishment were phenomenal! Everyone who was part of the upkeep and overall maintenance were so respectful and seemed genuinely concerned about your stay, we were very impressed.

Also was easy to access the indoor pool located on ground floor and then walk to the nice clean white sand beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and salt and pepper. Loved the condo decor. There's plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Front desk very friendly. I give it 5 stars and will highly recommend to friends.

This was my family’s first trip to Orange Beach. We had an exceptionally great time. Our condo was beautiful and over looked the pool and lazy river. The beach was wonderful and we totally enjoyed our stay. There are many things to do and wonderful places to eat. We really enjoyed the Wharf. We also took a dolphin cruise that was wonderful. I highly recommend visiting this beautiful and relaxing beach and surroundings!

This is a great condo! Super clean, comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and a great view of the ocean! We loved the 4th floor. Super easy access to the parking garage and the elevators were always very fast for getting down the the ground floor. The condo was perfect for our family of 6, but could have slept more if needed. We loved the easy beach access and the lazy river, water slide and pool area was great. Would highly recommend this condo and we hope to return again!

Our grandson(age 5) enjoyed the zero entry pool and lazy river. An adult pool would have been nice (we were told that would be coming in the next phase of construction). Parking right outside of the room door was definitely a plus! The only issue/question we had was why there wasn't a curtain over the living room windows and why the only clock in the condo was on the microwave/stove. Overall had a wonderful vacation!
