only one towel and blanket was provided for two people and they did not look very clean. no wifi was provided as mentioned. soap and water were also not there in the room. overall the service was not up to the mark.

The hotel refused to give me the room on arrival saying that the booking was not confirmed and the earlier occupant had not vacated the room. The manager/owner was nonchalant and least helpful in getting me some alternate accommodation. I doubt whether I would ever use Booking.com for my hotel booking. Very untrustworthy website.

I did not get the room which I had booked. Rooms were smelly and too hot, very small room with a small bed that can accommodate only 2 persons with great difficulty. I had a child so it was very difficult to sleep in one so called queen size bed.

The location was good. It was just walkable distance to Padmanabha swamy temple.

AC was ON but cooling was not there. The room has a broken door on other side which was having only one bolt and was almost in opened condition. There is no room service for food.
