The location of this place is amazing! If you are hitting up Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and/or the Great Smoky Mountains or Dollywood, this place is perfect. We had 20 people- 8 adults and 12 kids aged 5-16 and we all thoroughly enjoyed this house! The amenities are amazing and the kids were all entertained and it wasn’t loud for the adults- space for everyone to enjoy! We had a few small issues come up while we were there and the property manager was very quick to try to fix them, which was so nice. The neighborhood is beautiful and feels very safe (minus the occasional bear!). Highly recommend!

We stayed three nights in the middle of June. A/C on the main floor was broken the entire time we stayed. Upstairs was broken for two of the three days. Interior of house was 80+ degrees. Owner was quick to respond when notified but was unable to get the house to cool down until after our stay ended. Kids loved the play area and the neighborhood is simply lovely.

Great location with amazing views and surrounding properties. House was stocked with plenty of extra items. Dish soap, hand soap, some spices, tons of kitchen items, I noticed a changing table and miscellaneous baby items such as gates and other things. There were many blankets available to sit around with. We were able to park in the garage which was nice but just had to go out through the front door after parking since there wasn’t a garage door opener for that side of the garage. Not a problem we were thankful to be able to park in there during rainy days. Our son loved the arcade game down stairs, but we didn’t get to use the one gaming consoles in the treehouse as they just weren’t working. We had great communication with the manager and she even stated she could send maintenance out to look at them but we just wanted to enjoy our time and didn’t worry with it. We loved the property and the area, if you’re looking for a place with an amazing view book it now! You won’t be disappointed. Our oldest son loves history and was super excited to see the old stagecoach at the house next door. We drove by it each day and it was a nice bonus!

Our family so enjoyed our time here. The treehouse/playroom is amazing. The kids loved it and it kept them busy. The house is well equipped with everything needed for an enjoyable vacation.

The house was amazing. We had a group of 17 people and there was plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped. We ate most of our meals at the cabin. The treehouse was great for all the kids. They loved it. The views were beautiful!!

This home was everything it was listed at and more . The effort was given to make sure all needs were met to insure guests were comfortable and have an amazing stay . Recommen 10/10

The house was incredible! All of the “little touches” that you could think of are covered. From the sheets for each bed to all of the extras in the kitchen, this was our best experience ever! The kiddos LOVED the tree house and the adults enjoyed the free time while the kiddos were playing. This place is convenient to Pigeon Forge and the neighborhood was gorgeous! Will definitely rent this house again if it’s available in the future.

Wow!! Beautiful home and very spacious. Our family of 9 adults and 8 kids had plenty of space. The kids enjoyed the tree house room, plenty of stuff to keep them entertained. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked. The owners have thought of any kitchen gadgets needed to make any size meal. We spent the whole week during Thanksgiving and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Kroger and Publix are easily accessible and you’re only about 10-15 minutes from the main strip. Andrea (the property manager) and Melissa the owner were very easy to communicate with.

We absolutely loved staying here. The house was perfect for several kids of all ages and adults to have an amazing family getaway. The kids space was like nothing you could find anywhere else. We could have not left the house the whole time and they would have been happy! The views were great and we loved the quiet neighborhood.

Our group loved staying at this property. The kids especially enjoyed the indoor treehouse and hot tub. We had three families and each took a floor which worked out great. There was a lot to do around the area and the views were outstanding.

The treehouse is probably the biggest reason to stay at this really cool place. Our kids absolutely loved it. We also ran into a few snags while there but Andrea the person who keeps the house together was super responsive and came right away to address things. There was one odd thing that the beds in the kids loft and the adjoining room were not made and we could not find sheets anywhere which made the first night tough/hectic as we had to improvise bed coverings for 7 people. However we found out later they were all stored inside little tree stool benches in the loft. When the previous guest lost the dvd remote Andrea went out and got a new dvd player so we would be able to watch a family film in the theater together. Last thing - the location is pretty great. While in the hot tub we also saw some wild turkeys walking around which was pretty cool. The mountain view is actually on the other side of the house which makes you wish there was some kind of balcony on that side - but the trees were beautiful and the porch was great to hang out on. I imagine the fall would be incredible!

With six children 3 to 12 and one teenager, the upstairs "tree top" area was appealing for this young crowd with mattresses on the floor like a big slumber party. With one bedroom on that floor, the parents of the youngest 3 children could be on the same level at night. The two bedrooms in the basement level provided peace and quiet for the parents of the older children. The primary bedroom on the main level was perfect for grandparents. We loved sitting on the deck with a beautiful view of the mountains. It doesn't take long to get down the mountain and be close to all of the attractions in Sevierville & Pigeon Forge. The bears were hiding while we were there but other guests had written in the guest book about seeing them. Our stay in this home was most pleasant and a great way for the little cousins to bond with each other.

This was the perfect place for our family reunion. The property was well stocked and as expected in the listing. Lots of spaces for each of our 4 families to spread out and things for kids of all ages to enjoy. Treehouse and pool table were big hits! Beautiful views and fantastic location being close to both Pigeon Forge and the National Park. We had a wonderful stay!!

Property very clean with plenty of room to spread out. Kids loved the playroom, adults enjoyed the 2 tables for games and cards. Owner very accessible for questions and fixes, responds quickly. The drive is definitely curvy and slow but not heavily traveled. Views are beautiful, saw 1 bear on the road at night returning to the house. Definitely recommend this property for families with children , they’ll love it ! Adults too! Easy access to all the local areas like Dollywood , the Park, The Island etc.

We stayed here with a group of 15 people and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Big enough to where you didn’t feel as though you were on top of one another, but the perfect size to be able to keep an eye on the kids. We loved all the amenities and things the property had to offer.

Overall it was a great stay. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and exactly as advertised in the pictures. We had 5 adults and 7 kids and there was plenty of room. The main reason i booked initially was the tree house in the upstairs room for the kids to play in, and they loved it. We didn’t use the hot tub so can’t speak to that. Beds were clean and she was kind enough to have a pack n play available for our 2 year old. A little skimpy on stuff like soap/shampoo, detergent, trash bags, etc, but certainly not a deal breaker. The communication with Melissa was great as she responded to all messaged very quickly (for example the internet needed to be reset after a storm when the power flickered briefly). Checkin was smooth and checkout was straight forward.
If you have a big or small group with young children like we did, this house is a no brainer. Tons for them to do between the treehouse, pool table, movie theater, etc. Probably a 15-20 min drive to the main strip in pigeon forge and close to Dollywood and the water park. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we would stay in the same place.

This is an amazing property!!! We had three families (totaling 15 people) and were NEVER in each others way. Our son graduated high school and wanted his favorite cousins and his best friend to go to the mountains. The ages ranged from 12-18 plus the three married couples. The kids absolutely loved the tree house. They played pool until late at night. We relaxed down stairs as well as outside on the swings. We hiked, ziplined, explored, and toured museums. It was the absolute best!! We will definitely recommend this place to all of our friends!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property! Our kids absolutely loved the treehouse and the fact that all 6 of them could stay in the same room. The owner communicated well with us and let us know they were available if we needed them. We highly recommend!

We had a great time cooking, playing music, and relaxing with each other. There is a bedroom for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. There is a deck out of each room and the living room looking into the woods. It’s on the top of a mountain and feels secluded yet safe in a neighborhood.

The treehouse was an absolute hit! The kids loved it. Our kids ranged from 1 to 7 years old. The views were also great. The drive to the cabin isn’t bad at all.

We really appreciated the baby proofing available to guests. Owners were very responsive to our questions. Very busy area with lots to do. Neighborhood was nice and quiet which we appreciated. Crazy switch back road to get there. Some had a hard time dealing without feeling car sick. That was only drawback to location. Very pretty sunrise and sunsets

My autistic son is still asking to return to this fun "kids fort" house. It's great for families and groups. Plenty of mattresses for a group. The fort in the kids room is so cool with a rock wall, rope net, and camp out cabin. They couldn't get enough.

Gorgeous setting and neighborhood. House was awesome and just as listed. Owner and local contact responsive to questions. 6 adults, 6 littles and we all loved it. Close proximity to variety of things to do (within 20-40 mins)

While our intention was to adventure pigeon forge and Gatlinburg we were just as happy enjoying the entertainment this house provided! Our kids, ages 3-10 (6 total), could not get enough of the treehouse room! It provided plenty of fun for everyone! We will definitely consider staying at this location in the future. Communication throughout with property host was always prompt. Thanks again for a fun getaway!

This property is absolutely amazing!! From its setting up on the mountain with million dollar view to the treehouse room that my kids didn’t want to leave. We have a large family an often rent homes but I have to say this home exceed my expectations for many reasons! If you are thinking of renting this property all I can say is you will not be disappointed.
