We loved our stay here.The house is exceptionally clean and finished to a very high standard .It looks small from the outside but rooms are large and it’s like a tardis .Outside space is small but perfect for morning coffee and sheltered due to stone wall.The kitchen has everything necessary and more ,lots of crockery ,cutlery ,glasses and cleaning items.Lots of restaurants,bars etc very near and so easy to travel around the Lakes .We even caught a bus to Keswick from top of the road for £2 each.Parking is tricky but we found the Morrisons car park about 3mins walk and could use this via the ring go app for 3.20 for 24hour period .Penrith is a lovely wee market town and a perfect base to tour around from.

The living space and kitchen were spacious and well equipped, the rooms were all a good size and the bathrooms were clean.

The only downside was the beds were really quite hard and uncomfortable, a new mattress would make this place perfect.

The location was fantastic, everything within walking distance
