The spaciousness of the house was a big plus as we were a multi family. Poor communication surrounding the conditions of the hot tub not working(which was never fixed). Glass front door was broken. Pool stick was broken, additional stick was never brought out. These things were communicated but were never fixed or replaced. Additionally clothing drawers are worned and should be replaced. Closet door in master room to the right we had to fix. And pots and pans should be thrown away. They were in terrible condition! I would highly recommend speaking to someone about enforcing Noise ordinance. We called the police multiple nights on loud music, and screams at 2am!

The house was amazing the kids loved the pool area. It was close to all the shop’s,restaurants,food,parks, and also grocery stores! Only problem was the ice maker really didn’t make enough ice for the amount of people we had so we bought a bag no biggie. Also one the teenagers sat in a chair and almost fell one of the legs was missing screws,but other than that I would definitely book again in the future!!

Loved this space! Conveniently located to shopping, necessities, and Disney. Very clean, and spacious. We're a large group and we generally travel with family size pans (from experience) and we needed them. This rental has plenty of dishes but needs more pots & pans. Pictures show some things that are missing currently, no basketball game, no game system, no grill, and the pool table is a mini. Kids rooms don't have TVs but the TV in the upstairs common area was great for our group. There is only one Teepee in the kids room now. That was a bummer for one of our two 4 year olds. Bring power strips, the rooms are good sized but some either have hidden outlets or outlets that are far away from bedside. The host is great! Very responsive, and quick to try to solve issues. We needed additional bath clothes and they took care of this within the hour of contact. The pool light does not stay on, the host sent someone to work on it but this wasn't solved before we departed. The pool light is a necessity bc it is dark on the patio at night for young swimmers. We were disappointed not to have a grill. The pictures show one but I believe this is not allowed. The property is great, has lots to do for the kids and a shuttle to take you around at no cost. Entry gate is a challenge; code/bar scan never worked but the security button works every time. Overall great stay, we would stay again. I've submitted some issues to the host not mentioned here. Inconveniences but wouldn't ruin your vaca.

The owner needs to update the online pictures. But overall the house was ok. My first stay at this exact house was a much better experience than this last one, honestly.

Love this home will revisit

We had a family vacation with four families and it was perfect! Plenty of room and all the rooms were so cool! Very clean and easy access into the house. A few issues with the pool heater but they were very accommodating and had someone out as soon as I messaged them. Overall a great stay! Will stay here again!

Overall the house met all our needs. The only complaint we would have is that description said heated pool. When I asked about it to make sure it was I was told you have to pay $30 per day. It was warm when we checked in at 4 pm but was cut off Mon at 4 pm even though we were still there until tues at 10 am. Very disappointing for us for mon night as it was cold in FL!

Everything was very well! The only problem was that we had too many people for the towels to all fit and we couldnt fit them all in the laundry.

My stay was perfect! The pictures of the place didn't do it justice. It was very clean and everything was just like home. Peaceful and comfortable. I will definitely be back again. Thank you for the perfect vacation! I didn't want to leave.

The house was beautiful with many rooms. The family enjoyed the stay, we did arrive at the house a little early and was met by the maintenance guy, who told us because we’re early he couldn’t do a walk through with us on check in, but everything turned out okay. The house was close to everything we needed, food, shopping and much more.

House was clean and spacious. The owner was very accommodating and responsive. Had an issues with the pool and contacted the owner, he had someone over to fix it within a few hours. Would highly recommend.

The house was just as pictured, neighborhood was wonderful and was very close to EVERYTHING. It was very spacious and my family loved it. Definitely will be booking it again.

We stayed in April 2022 Pictures are 100% accurate. Great layout especially for large families. All rooms are appointed nicely and mattresses in bedrooms are high quality. Close to everything in Orlando. We would definitely come back Thank You!

House is very large & works great for a big group. We enjoyed the community pool & included amenities. The house is lacking basic items that most travelers don’t think to bring with them like salt & pepper, kitchen sink stopper, dish soap, hand soap & misc other items like that. Good news there is a Target a half mile away but having rented many homes we were surprised the basics were not covered.

We had a great time!! The house was perfect for our group. The only issues we had are that the pool heater was not going when we got there and there were not many extra towels and there was only 1 washcloth per bathroom. The pool heater issue was resolved within a day by the staff and our money refunded for the pool heater charge for the 2 days it wasn't available. We would definitely stay again!!

Large modern house that worked well for our family reunion with 8 adults and 6 children. Lots of space. We never felt crowded and the kids had lots of fun playing in the game room and the separate TV room upstairs. The heated pool worked great and was warm each of the days. Close to Disney and shopping. Target is right next to the neighborhood so very convenient for groceries. Some neighborhood safety issues - the security gate was not working the entire stay for our visit so anyone could access the neighborhood. The neighborhood also has a large trash problem. The neighbors regularly throw bags of trash on the front lawn for pickup each morning. However, the trash service was not working regularly so it was piling up during our visit. Large scavenger type birds regularly circle the neighborhood looking for scraps in the trash. The neighborhood HOA really needs to get it's act together with regular pickup of trash. We had ongoing issue with the A/C on the first floor. Freddy attempted to fix remotely but the A/C never seemed to kick on for us downstairs. It stayed about 75 degrees the entire stay for our visit. The upstairs A/C worked great.

This home fit our large group of 17 adults and kids perfectly with room to spare. We were able to spread out and truly enjoyed the amenities at the house and the resort. The home is just as pictured or better. The kitchen was well stocked and made our Thanksgiving dinner a breeze to make. The beds were comfortable and the kiddos really loved the bunk bed rooms. The game room was a big hit too. Groceries and shopping surround the house with a Target and other stores just minutes away. The parks were a short 10-15 minute drive. The resort pool/lazy river was so much fun and relaxing. The only thing to note is that the pool does back up to neighbors and you will hear all the families around the house outside having fun into the evening hours. Although, when in the house, you don’t hear the neighbors. Overall, I would highly recommend this property. Freddie was easy to work with and very responsive. Thank you, Freddie, for providing us a great place that truly was a highlight of our trip!

Let me start by saying that I understand that this is a house that is often rented with back to back bookings and not everything can be perfect. With that in mind, there were minor cosmetic issues when we got there but after communication with Freddy, I learned that this was from a group staying there the week before us. He was very apologetic and offered to come and fix whatever we saw, but none of it was such a big deal that he needed to fix anything during our stay. They were small things that we more so just didn't want to be blamed for. Freddy was great about it all and communicated quickly and helpfully. One thing to note is that this house is a part of a community of vacation homes that are all right up next to each other. During our stay, there were various neighbors who were louder than others, even later at night... but this is no fault of the house, just something to be aware of. It didn't bother us much. I'm sure we were loud from time to time too. The house itself was huge and meet all the needs for our group of 16. Plenty of space and things to do. The beds and bathrooms were all clean and as pictured. The kitchens were mostly well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We didn't have baking sheets but made do with other supplies. But the appliances all worked well and were clean. We did notice that some of the small beds were missing blankets when we arrived, but they were in the closet. And whatever was missing, a quick message to Freddy and all was figured out. There was one shower that didn't seem to get warm water very well, but all the rest worked great. For a big group though, you'll need to make sure not everyone is showering back to back, as the hot water only lasted 4 or 5 showers at a time. One disappointment we had was with the resort club house, which again, has nothing to do with the house. We only went there once because it was a little far away (not easily walkable), and when we got there, we realized but everything was free (mini-golf cost extra) and apparently there was an issue with the keys to the gate to access the water slides, so those were closed when we were there. But we had plenty of fun in our private pool. Plus we spent a few days at the parks and didn't want to go anywhere on our off days. All-in-all, it was a great stay stay and everyone in our group loved it. Great house, great host, great prices. We would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future!

AMAZING house! Clubhouse pool, lazy River and amenities were a real bonus. Wish I could rate this rental higher because it was a spectacular house and easily accommodated 5 families. However, we had issues with getting our pool/ hot tub heated and needing a grill rental by management in a timely manner. Grill is extra and not on site despite the fact there is one in the picture. For the grill rental, I was sent a picture of a van at the end of an email. Looked like an advertisement so I never looked at it. Privacy gates never closed in and out of the neighborhood. Very little privacy or peace and quiet in pool area. You are 5-10 feet away from loud music and conversations, especially at night, often making it difficult to carry on your own. Wifi was a slight issue, but with so many connecting it’s to be expected. Warm water ran out quickly. We had 16 adults and teenagers in our house.

Everything is as pictured and clean. So much space. Check was seamless. Management responds very quickly. We wanted to add a night or two extra but there were no vacancies. We didn’t want to leave. We were close to all attractions and stores. The WiFi was not working properly, we did not notify management bc we were barely there to use it. I will definitely book again. No major complaints!

The house looks wonderful

This house was roomy, comfortable and stylish for our group of 15. There was plenty of shared space for us all to hang out together & plenty of rooms for everyone to have quiet time. The pool was heated as requested and the house was very clean. Don’t hesitate to book this house, you won’t be disappointed! Would definitely stay here again!
