Good location

Shower water was too hot the first day- fixed next day. Air condition was not working properly- fix after the 3rd day Floor wet ( due to air condition) all the time, never fixed-,4 days with towel in the floor all the time. Room 204. The staff on the cafeteria(breakfast) were so disrespectful ( even using F word aloud in front of kids) to everybody, my last day I couldn’t stay quiet and voice myself. We are paying for our staying, they are not making us a favor. To tell us to wake up earlier because at 9:15 am was almost empty and didn’t have option to eat. They were like, no we don’t have sausage, we don’t have sandwich, we don’t have waffles, not egg, etc etc. and the manager going outside to the cafeteria to yell “tomorrow nobody eat waffles “

The room smelled so bad that we had to report it to the front desk so we did not get charged an additional cleaning fees. Incorrect bedding, pillow smelled bad I had to ask for a replacement. Room was never cleaned during our stay. The carpet was very dirty.

1. Air conditioning unit leaked into rug for entire stay- engineering dept showed up- placed “tabs” into unit and left. I used towels to soak up water from carpet. Cleaning staff shows up on Sunday- doesn’t clean bathroom and leaves soaking wet towel on rug ( where ac unit is leaking). Hotel employee shows up to work early am on Monday- music blaring- parks in from of lobby area and goes inside to work. Guests are now jockeying around her car to load up for check out. A review of bill revealed $5.00 charge for eat and sip, which we did not use while at hotel.

Breakfast was very heavy on carbs. Some staff were surly. Many were gathered talking and laughing raising the noise level to so unbearable I had to leave the room. Josh at the front desk was extremely efficient, pleasant and accommodating.

I asked if there were chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Yes, but you had to carry them there your self. We are elderly. There was no one that could help us. The umbrellas and chairs in the closet looked like a thrift store. Nothing matched, they were strewn about. There were sand toys and buckets with sand still in them. I chose an umbrella and was astounded when my husband installed it…it was only 2 feet high…useless!! Our room smelled like dirty socks and sweaty sneakers. I complained twice and was told someone would come in and spray. I don’t know if they did but it didn’t help. I got a can of Lysol and heavily sprayed the carpet. It helped. The hallway carpets had an odor too. Every morning a woman was mopping the lobby. She was merely pushing the dirt around and flinging it with the end of the mop. No particles were picked up. She never dipped it in water. There was no bucket in sight. There were 3 pillows on the bed with extremely wrinkled pillow cases.

Fantastic location! Room was spacious and clean. Hotel was quiet. Staff was great. Breakfast was included. Lobby is fun-tons of bright artwork, a pool table, foosball, areas to get work done . Location, location, location. Fantastic value. Can just about hop to the ocean and restaurants. Have a pool on the second floor but opted for the ocean. Also have a rooftop bar but didn’t get a chance to visit that either.

Totally missed that parking was $21/day and my brother and I both had out cars so $84 in parking for two nights 😢 My mistake though, didn’t catch that in the write up nor did anyone up front mention it. I should have asked. They do have two areas for breakfast but it was very crowded and people just were rude-not a property issues but just skipped the breakfast the second day. Parking is at a lot so pull up to the front of hotel to unload, then park.

Quiet, close to the pier and the beach. Love that the pool is not on ground level. Love that there is a mini kitchen in the room.

That you have to pay for parking $21 a night and that there is an incidental fee of $50 a night. Had an issue with our tv that wasn’t fixed until our last night there.

The hotel is in a great spot right behind the pier and the beach. There’s a few trendy bars and restaurants nearby. Great base camp for Pompano. The suites are well appointed with lots of storage cupboards and a kitchen with garbage disposal and even a dishwasher. Shower was excellent, really powerful and as hot as you want it.

The breakfast is a shambles. Quite a small serving area for the number of possible guests and the layout of breakfast items wasn’t great which resulted in lots of mini- queues for hot food, or for the waffle machines or for the toaster. This resulted in lots of people standing about thinking they are in a queue when they are actually just standing behind a bunch of people waiting on their waffles or toast. Overall it turns into a complete scrabble free for all at breakfast with kids being kids and trying to get their waffle mix and waffle toppings and adults standing around getting annoyed. We avoided breakfast after our first day. Only other thing that was a nuisance was the secure elevator. Because there is a bar on the roof, you must use a room card to activate the elevator. We spent quite a bit of time waiting on elevators. It sounds trivial, but I just thought I’d mention it for folks who don’t like using them. There didn’t seem to be any stairs, other than fire stairs. We also had a small issue with getting clean linen for the beds, maybe it was my Scottish accent, but I think it was more the cleaning staff wondering why I wanted clean sheets. The kids had came in from the sea and got sand all over the beds and we had sat a bag down that had a leaky water bottle in it. I explained this but it still took two attempts to get it wrong and we got a couple of fitted sheets and mattress toppers instead of sheets and a duvet .

The property was short walk from the hotel, the terrace has a great view, wonderful staff and comfortable rooms.

I think breakfast should include some meats like bacon and sausages and egg and ham

Getting the room that I booked. Since I booked the ocean view room, which costs more than a regular room or a city view room, I should have a room like that.

Pool, breakfast, friendly helpful staff, very comfortable beds, closeness to beach, pier, restaurants and shops.

Short walking distance to beach, friendly staff, bike rentals available, pool was warm, rooms were spacious including a mini kitchen.

Breakfast options weren't great, hot tub jets were broken, otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything else as these were minor.

great great stay! the rooftop bar was great as it overlooked the ocean and wasn’t too crowded so our kids had room on to play. rooms and pool were good and location was great.

the fact that Hilton charges and puts on fees for everything makes me not want to stay at hiltons. we spent a lot at the hotel bar and then they added a Hilton fee on top of the bill. that is a bit ridiculous

the home 2 suites was perfect for our family and omg had the most cozy bed I have ever slept in! I want to find out the mattress. it was immaculate, breakfast was delicious and the breakfast staff was probably the most delightful team of ladies we have ever met! The room housekeeping was outstanding and Faith was one of our favorite and most hospitable of any hotels we have ever stay at. we felt ver blessed to be here for the week. the game room was outstanding to our children and comfy for us to enjoy the free 24/7 coffee station as they played. the pool was small but perfect and the rooftop bar was super cool also. it’s location is impeccable and within steps of the beach and fabulous eats and treats! it is a bit pricey but worth every cent. we can not wait to return! thank you H2S ✈️🌴💗

The rooms were clean and had comfy beds, excellent working desk+chairs and working stations in the lobby, kitchenette was well equipped. Nice pool and gym. Breakfast was decent - a little bit of everything, but nothing special. Overall great location next to the beach and some local restaurants, 15-minute walk to a supermarket.

Unfortunately, the fridge in our room was making extremely annoying high frequency sound that was driving us crazy, especially at night. We complained about that but the hotel staff refused to fix or exchange it saying it is a normal sound (I heard many fridges hum before, and never like this) and suggested we simply unplug it - yes, it solves the noise problem but seriously limits the food you can keep in the fridge and we wanted a room with a fridge for a reason. We were very disappointed by this attitude.

Excellent selection, grear taste, especially waffles. The Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Housekeeping was a disaster, missed days, didn't do until 5:00 at night, little or normal consistent work
