Beautiful condo in a beautiful beach. The kids loved the pool/slide & lazy river too! Will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. The views were spectacular. Beautifully furnished. The only thing I might suggest is cleaning the couch and rugs.

This is a great property with stunning views, However this is not new construction as the listing states. This building was completed in March 2021, so while it is newer it is not NEW construction.On the beach, that matters. The unit itself is set up fairly well. There is plenty of room in the living room to enjoy the views, watch TV and socialize. The main bedroom only has one tiny closet for use and they use it for storage of the vacuum, fans, and a spare dining chair! We had no room to hang clothes so we moved the chair back out to the dining area. The other bedrooms have HUGE closets, but no dressers and no stands for luggage. We used the ironing board set up in the closet for our luggage. The bedrooms have no spare space - the bed and a walkway around them. The kitchen needs new pans and serving bowls. There is a huge supply of dishes, glassware, silverware and knives, but no serving bowls and the pans are well beyond their useful life. I own my own condos in Orange Beach (2 bedrooms, we needed a 4 bedroom for this trip) and I well understand the shortage of good cleaning services. I am very particular with my own, but again this is the beach and nowhere will be exactly to my standards.This unit is no exception. While it is adequate, they don't check under beds and we found a dirty diaper (to clarify a rolled up, probably only wet when it was changed) under one of the beds. For all intents and purposes, this is a fantastic unit for enjoying the beach. I have already relayed my review to property management and they acknowledged they will check out my concerns. I am confident they will! Enjoy your beach stay. OBA is a wonderful family destination. We have been enjoying it since 1985.

We have stayed in this condo twice. Love it because it holds the whole family. Easy access to the beach and the kids love the pool area and lazy river. Would gladly stay here again.

I felt for the amount of money we spent, we should have had more than one roll of toilet paper and toiletry's. One tiny bottle of dish soap was very inadequate. It would have helped not to have to run to the grocery store for EVERY little thing.

This property was perfect for our family. The location is perfect, beachfront with indoor and outdoor pools. Convenient to local restaurants and activities. The condo itself is very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely return for another trip to Orange Beach!

Parking availability for our group wasn't satisfactory, there were 6 vehicles, 14 adults, and one baby...we paid premium over $4K for a condo to sleep 14, and to have to pay for parking for this size group was shocking. Thanks for the nice place, but we'll think we'll stay elsewhere next year.

This was a great rental for me and my family. We have young kids so the awesome views made the inside time great. There was also easy access to the indoor/outdoor pool and beach.

We had a group of 12: 4 adults over 40, 5 college boys, 2 hs girls and a ms boy. We had plenty of room to make it a fun & relaxing stay. The condo is beautiful! (Almost too pretty as I was afraid the kids would mess it up as some of the furniture is so light and I wasn’t sure if it was scotch guarded or not. The beds were all comfortable and everyone slept great (the fans in each room helped, with the sound too!) The balcony was big enough for all of us to gather. The kitchen had everything needed to make it a great stay too. We did full breakfasts and sandwich lunches every day. The only negative was that there are some simple things that could be included with the stay. You basically get one dishwasher tab, one trash bag. Etc for the length of your stay. I would think leaving at least one of those items for each day of a stay would be helpful for out of town guests, it just makes it hard to keep the place clean so of course we had to go buy hand soap for each sink, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. I understand things like shampoo or laundry detergent but papertowels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc would be helpful. I’ve stayed in many countries and condos in other parts of the US and always had simple supplies for the length of our stay. Maybe it’s a COVID thing or maybe that’s the general practice in the area because I know other people I talked to that rented from a different company that had the same problems. It wasn’t a deal breaker but just an added thing to purchase. A week before we rented I did make a Walmart delivery order online that was delivered right after check in. That helped tremendously! The carts that you can use for bringing things to your room are very helpful! One of the bonuses in the room is a separate ice maker in the bar area, so helpful! The beach outside was gorgeous. Lots of waves when we were there. My youngest got stung by a jellyfish but we learned that vinegar helps so next time it will be in our pool bag! Everyone had a great time (besides me as I got sea sick) but they caught some awesome fish that we took to Wolf down the road and they cooked it! There’s also a great ice cream shop & place for shrimp right across the street. The building next door has a great restaurant for burgers. We loved our stay and the area has lots to do! Beautiful!!
