Great house. Very clean! Needs better WiFi. Skillets need replaced.

This is a lovely beach house and it was perfect for our family. The property is in a very nice small gated community with excellent access to a private part of the beach. The only suggestion is to provide some beach chairs. There is nothing to use at the beach and our visit was a 4 nights so it was not worth purchasing anything and the beach rental place was closed.

Wonderful clean home!! Pool right there and beach only steps away! Tennis courts also fun and right there! Kitchen fully stocked nice bathrooms! Master bed very comfortable! The other king beds not very comfortable need new mattress. The toilet paper is very rough that they provide so bring plenty of your own. The hose at the boardwalk to wash sand off was broken the entire week but there is a hose under stairs of house where you can wash off sand. Loved the house overall we will try to stay there again! Close to many wonderful restaurants too!

The home was beautiful! The area, the beach, the pool we loved it all! The short walk to the beach and proximity to the pool were perfect for us with small children. The area was close enough to restaurants and grocery but not in the middle of everything. Perfect for what we wanted! Will definitely be returning!

Beachside 13 was perfect for our family vacation! It was very clean, beautifully decorated with many updates in kitchen & master suite. The location is just steps away from the beach and our grandkids enjoyed the pool as much as the beach! We’ve rented in this community before, and it always delivers exactly as described. We look forward to staying here again in 2024.

It was absolutely perfect in every way. We loved being able to walk over the boardwalk to the beach. The porches were perfect for sitting and visit and relaxing. The house was beautiful. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Great location. Would love to go back to this very house again.

We loved the property and location! It was fantastic and we would’ve had a great time had it not been for Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals. It started after a noise complaint was made at 5:30 pm (not quiet hours) over country music played on the front porch while a few of us were finishing getting ready for our dinner plans. (this could’ve simply been resolved by being asked to turn the music off) Our dinner was interrupted by being informed about the noise complaint, and once again about cans being left “everywhere” on the front porch (we left in a hurry for reservations). I was told the cans must be picked up immediately, so i had to leave my dinner and to go pick up FOUR CANS. (yes i counted) Following those 2 interruptions, I was told to give them the number of my mother and aunt who accompanied us to meet the age to rent. They then called my mom who verified she was in attendance. THEY PROCEEDED TO SHOW UP THE NEXT MORNING TO THE HOUSE BECAUSE THEY DIDNT BELIEVE US. My mom and aunt had already left for the day, so i had to call and get them to come back from their plans so they could someone face to face. And no it didn’t stop there. I was then called and told that the owner was coming by the house and i needed to be there. I WAITED FOR 5 HOURS AND NO ONE SHOWED. I wasted a whole day of my vacation time that i gave thousands of dollars to go on, waiting on someone who never showed up. And yes i called the office and never heard back from anyone. So, no i wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great house for some family time together!!

We chose to spend our annual Christmas trip at this property. The house was clean and welcoming! The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. The layout of the house was perfect for our group!

The whole experience was great! The house was beautiful and clean with lots of space, the perfect setup for a relaxing vacation.

The beach house is beautifully decorated with lots of attention to detail. House was the cleanest we have ever rented and we rent annually. Location is great. Only downside was that the pantry is completely bare. Not even any salt- typically rentals provide a few basics, but this rental does not. Luckily stores are nearby. Overall we would definitely rent again.

Very nice home that appears to be very well kept. Only negatives were a sewage smell emitting from one bathroom and driveway construction that caused us to park a short distance from the home. Plumber was sent regarding the smell and was much better later in the stay. The construction issue just seems to be a part of the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach visit. The past five (5) trips we have made to the area, four (4) had complications due to some type of construction.

Overall, we had a good experience. I did I have to message them a couple of times prior to the trip to get a response. The master tub was fantastic and huge, but wouldn’t hold water so we couldn’t use it and two days later they brought us a stopper the day before we left, but didn’t make an attempt to actually fix the tub. The main floor bedroom reeked of cigarette smoke from a prior guest and we had to spray room freshener to sleep in it. The location to the beach was fantastic and having a hose under the house was super convenient. All of the porches except one face the sun, so as long as it’s early or late it’s nice to enjoy. The bedrooms were all spacious and beds and pillows were all comfortable. We had 6 people and could have had more and it still be comfortable. The private area on the beach for these houses was so nice! No where near crowded so it made the beach experience wonderful! It was nice, quiet, private and peaceful. We used the pool once and it was fine, but there were some pool tiles that had fallen on the floor of the pool making it a bit dangerous to get cut. Several families used the tennis courts, which we loved. Overall - a great experience and

Very nice property and location!

There was no wifi our entire trip. We were provided a jetpack that didn't have a signal either. If this isn't a big deal to you I'm sure it won't matter but as someone with a family in 2022 it did to us. One of the kids in our group cut themselves on the tiles falling off in the pool. The ceiling fan in one of the bedrooms was essentially inoperable. There was a pulled up tile in the kitchen that tore one person's suitcase. Nice little neighborhood the house sits in. The sargassum was terrible when we were there but it's still nice sand and relaxing. We'd return to the area but find a different house to stay in.

This home was perfect for our large group and met all of our bedroom and BR needs. Great being right on the beach plus having pool and tennis court available. Easy access in and out of the gated grounds with ample parking for 4 cars. A few minor issues that were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Great stay vacation!

The house was perfect for our group of 8! Everyone had their own space, bedrooms were perfect. The downstairs bedroom was ideal for our two teenage boys. The property was so clean, the property maintenance kept the cul de sac perfectly manicured. They even brought out the trash cans for trash pickup! We will DEFINITELY be back.

It’s perfect! Super nice and perfect spaces in the home for two families to vacation together! The neighborhood is right on the beach so you have a short 30 Second walk and plop in the sand. We loved our stay and plan to book this exact home again.

Great Location! Lovely home and very clean! Very responsive rental company. The home does need a few things repaired; lock on front door, and downstairs master has tape on wall for painters. Kitchen does not have potholders, and very little glassware. Lots of nice plates, etc. No blow dryer in bedrooms. When the listing says bring spices that means everything including salt, pepper, oils, foil, anything you might need in kitchen. Other VRBO homes have had some of these items. Otherwise lovely home!

We have two young children and needed to get away from the cold northern temps. This house was perfect. Beautiful home. Very clean and kid friendly. Steps the the beach. Even if you are inside during the winter months, you won’t be mad at the comfort or views this home offers! Owners were quick to respond and very accommodating. Thank you!

Very nice 3 story beach house. Nicely furnished, confortable and convenient location. Bedrooms on 3 levels so be prepared for stairs.

We had a wonderful trip! The beach house was so clean. The furnishings are beautiful and we had everything we need. The house is just as it appears in the photos and we were very impressed. Great location, only step from having your toes in the sand! We will plan another trip, without a doubt!

We had a great stay during Thanksgiving week with our family! We had 8 adults, 2 high-schoolers and 2 elementary students and there was plenty of room for all. The large gathering areas (living room, kitchen and porches) were great for our group of 12. There was also plenty of spaces for some alone time, when needed. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful house and great stay! We will definitely stay here again. It was like being in your own community with steps away form the pool and just a minute walk to the beach. The house was huge and had way more room than we needed. The only thing that was a bummer was the living room rug is very dirty and we couldn’t even lay our baby on it because of the dirtiness. They didn’t have a lot of common items that we could use. We had to get toilet paper, paper towels, a hair dryer, tissues and hand soap. Just every day needs that out VRBO back home provides that this one didn’t. But definitely loved this place and they even let us check in early too! Thank y’all so much!
