Location, options for breakfast, size of the room, kitchenette.

I did not get a chance to explore all of the facilities of the hotel. I was not told of what amenities were available at check in. The location is decent.

Canceled reservation and still had to pay for both rooms for 1 night. They said they had no cancelation on file but I had the name of the person I spoke to and date and time but didn't matter. No refund. I have to take it up with booking.com

The property was great but I got double booked by BOOKING.COM. Still waiting for the credit back.

Room came with a lot of useful utilities, like a fridge, microwave, etc. it was perfect for our one night stay! Also the shower was amazing.

We had to call down at night to ask for linens for the pull out couch, which were brought to us so not a big issue. On another note, we were repeatedly awaken by a dog barking in a room next door.

Quiet clean peaceful. Love your kids can use ethernet for internet with ps5 or Xbox. Great work area if your doing online work in your room. Refrigerator was spacious.

House keeping should bring towels daily. Had to keep asking for towels. Breakfast to basic needs a better food selection very strict diet type food. Need some biscuits and grits and bacon 🥓 .

The let out sofa smelled like urine and had blood stains on it. It was disgusting. No mattress covers on ot or anything.And they didn't even bother to accommodate us..

Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good.

Pillows were uncomfortable, toilet paper was hung backwards. Bed was slightly uneven so that it was lower at top. Would have been no big deal, but I have vertigo, and it was an issue. We were under the impression from the complete kitchen description that there would be a cooktop and there wasnt.
