This house was great for our group!

We had 10 adults and 2 small children. This beautiful home was spotless and spacious. We had plenty of room to spread out, with enough rooms, bathrooms and beds for everyone. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. It was in a great location, just a few minutes from downtown, the Crystal bridges museum and an amazing children’s museum! So many great restaurants nearby. The downtown area was very nice, with shops, ice cream and great coffee shops! Property managers communicated quickly and checked in for any needs we might have had. I was nervous about the drive way as others had mentioned in their reviews. We had 5-6 cars at any given time and everything worked out just fine. Our family would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the place so much so that part of my team thought that we were booked through Saturday. The hosts were gracious and called when they realized that some had not left. We loved everything about this house and felt so horrible. Lovely location.

We were in Bella Vista with 7 adults for a week of golf. The communications prior to arrival were flawless. Great layout. Plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. Owner checked in periodically to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely book this house again.

What a perfect location for our graduation weekend with family. Every room is its own oasis when you need to relax and have your own space. It has everything you need in terms of an outdoor /indoor haven.

We had a group of 12 stay at this property, and it was great! The beds were big and nice and there were plenty of bathrooms. We enjoyed the multiple living areas and the back patios had beautiful views. The location was also great, very close to downtown and some trails. My only complaint was that the refrigerator smelled badly and it smelled like cigarettes in the garage/hallway when we got there. Neither was a game changer but definitely notable. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend it to others!

This house was perfect for our family to all be together for the beautiful wedding of our granddaughter. With the airport not to far away, family from Virginia was able to spend extra time with the family. The house is located close to the highway and trails that we all got to enjoy. Would highly recommend. We all enjoyed being able to be together! Thank you.

This property is laid out well. The bedrooms gave lots of options for our family. We had an issue with one of the bathrooms shortly after arrival...they sent someone to that evening to resolve the situation. They were very attentive to any questions and needs we had. Would definitely recommend this property.

Our stay was great and everyone enjoyed having their own space and bathrooms. Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room were well stocked. Only downside to this house is the extremely steep driveway that doesn't show in pictures. Several of our cars scraped at the top and bottom of the driveway.

This house worked for 11 adults because of the beds available, all kings and queens. The deck was great for hanging out and dining with the use of a folding table. Very clean and exactly as pictured and described. Nice quiet neighborhood and location is good. Host was prompt with response to any questions. Overall a great experience for our group.

The overall stay was pleasant but a few things could be improved. The only real downside we found was that the sectional is not hooked together so we had to be extremely carefull about how we sat so that it didn’t push apart.

This is a spacious beautiful home and great location. However, our disappointment came when trying to communicate our need for a few things. Large closets but no hangers .. by the 3rd day we got hangers. We expected to find Kleenex but no luck. The kitchen is in need of various essentials when putting together food for a group. You will need to bring your own water pitcher (we used the blender container!), scissors that work, a better wine opener, serving bowls, cookie sheets etc. We were told that the owner would need to approve for these items to be purchased and no approval was given. This is the home of Walmart ... surely upgrades to the kitchen needs could be easily and inexpensively solved. On the positive side the kitchen/eating area has tons of cabinets to store the supplies you bring and you will have "instant" hot water throughout the home.

This house worked out great for 4 couples and was so close to downtown and the trails it was very convenient. The hot tub was not cleaned well or filled the whole way - that was our only issue.

The pictures online were accurate - It is a Great house w/ lots of space. Wonderful to be so close to everything downtown.
Only downsides were parking (small driveway on a sharp angle) and renting for >5days would need more paper supplies.

The home is very spacious, in a nice, quiet neighborhood and very close to many trails (e.g. Ozone and Leopard’s Loop). We very much enjoyed the multiple decks and grill. While the additional fees to the nightly cost nearly doubled the price, it was still a very good value. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a large group of multigenerational family celebrating an early Christmas together. The home was huge, with lots of spaces to hang out.
This home is located in a gorgeous neighborhood. Bentonville square and downtown is very close and is a lovely town. Bentonville has lots to offer and we can’t wait to visit the area again.
The home was ample space for large group. We were a bit disappointed that we were told ahead of time that the home would be decorated for Christmas with a tree . Since we were celebrating Christmas, this was a big disappointment to us.

We enjoyed our weekend in Bentonville - museum, great restaurants, Christmas lights on the square- and all were about a 5 minute drive!

Fantastic location and great stay
This place was great, we had a great time. It is really well laid out in a fantastic location, especially if you are coming into town for mountain biking. Very close to several trailheads. Really nice deck layout for hanging out and grilling and the garage is perfect to work on bikes after the ride. Also had a hose for cleaning the bikes after the ride.

This property will not disappoint! It's beautiful with lots of space for our group of friends. There are 4 sitting rooms, excellent beds and linens, the best stocked kitchen, and as it was very cold while we were there, we were always warm. We were very pleased and will definitely stay again.

Family Holiday.
Beautiful property. Kitchen was provisioned well as we cooked most of our meals in since we were traveling with children. Close to local attractions, Crystal Bridges Museum and Bentonville town Square., grocery stores, etc. Would recommend for families with children, or couples traveling together. Master suite on each of the floors as additional sleeping on the top floor and bottom floor. Plenty of privacy away from the kids or you can all gather together. Highly recommended!

Huge house
This house had a large open common area with multiple bedrooms and bed options for our group of 10 adults. The bedrooms were spaced throughout the house so that we didn’t feel crowded in. The neighborhood was quiet, and the deck was huge and backed up to forest. The open 3-car garage space plus street parking was nice because we had several cars. Location was convenient to downtown area. We would stay here again!
