WORST EXPERIENCE Checked in around 5PM on 07th January 2023 and Checkout at 9AM on 08th January 2023 1. After checked in, I asked to provide Room Heater, which was not given to me even on extra payment. How to survive in freezing cold in January month. 2. Notable to start Geyser since my entry in the room as they have close the Power Supply from outside, they started Power supply before my check out. 3. At night they informed me about the availability of breakfast items and in morning around 8:15 when I called for ordered, they says only Tea is available. 4. MOST IMPORTANTLY- I was very tired with my bike journey and sleeping early around 8PM, at around 9:30 one hotel staff came and rang our door bell for asking to close Exhaust Fan. Whereas, no window was available in Bathroom and only this Exhaust Fan was available for ventilation. 5. The hotel staff awoke me from my sound sleep and disturbed me. We taken hotel for our convenience not for such silly things.
