Room dirty bed dirty bathtowel dirty enviroment also not clean WiFi also not detected totaly disappointed even towel need return ourself to the counter 1st time face this kind of hotel noncense

I was told rooms are full. No record booked by booking.com they said Ended up finding another hotel to stay at 330 am after we were told there were no rooms available at the hotel

WHen you enter lobby area, you can smell unpleasent odour, carpet at stair super dirty, used bed sheet on floor , on stair, no tv channel, lot of improvement needed. but the location is good, except for parking.

The room is quite dirty. There’s blood stains on sheets and blankets.

Parking space

The room is not well maintained, there was mold on the wall and there was no sufficient lighting in the room. The room has a very strong bad smell. The bedsheet, towel and pillow case has some stains on them. TV not working There was no water supply the after 10am the next day.
