Great little bungalo not too far from the beach and just big enough for a long weekend trip with my beat friend.

I booked this place because of the location near beach. My husband and 2 young kids stayed 3 nights. Check in was easy, place was cute and did its purpose mainly for my family. First things that I noticed right away was it smelled musty… maybe from the window units?? There was zero kitchen and bathroom trash bags. None in the cans or under sink. There was one bottle of hand soap with 1 oz of soap in it. (Why bother). These things should have been listed on his post and stated that I needed to bring. I texted owner and he said “we start you with supply’s”. Well no you don’t since there is zero bags and basically no soap. I went out and purchased bags and soap. His listing said to bring sheets and towels also, so I did. Now there is a driveway but there is 2 other units that share the driveway and one of the other units had more then one vehicle in driveway so it was a pain to ask them to move a few times. First night as im laying in bed I could hear the guy above us using the restroom. You could hear everything from others. The kitchen was tight with dirty dishes In cabinets. The bed was not good at all, husband had hard time sleeping. On checkout day we cleaned up, took trash out, ran out of time, it was 11:00, we had some dishes in sink. My husband reminded me we are already paying a cleaning fee and he doesn’t even have to clean towels and sheets. We left the dishes, owner texts me asking for more money and wants me to pay him on Venmo. Against Vrbo!

Perfect for a small family. Pretty close to boardwalk and beach. I would definitely stay there again.

Very easy communication with Dave and Allyson. Distance to the beach was a quick walk, it was perfect for a busy day at soccer tournament. Rooms are big with a spacious kitchen and living room. Family board games and beach pass are a big plus. My kids enjoyed staying in bunk beds.

This place was great. There were 4 of us. The location was great. Close walk to beach/boardwalk. The outdoor area was very inviting and cozy. Very cool that right from the house we could see the lit up ferris wheel on the boardwalk. Will keep this place in mind for our next visit.

This was a great place to stay for my mom and dad. We rented the upstairs unit that is larger and this was perfect for them. Very easy communication with Dave and Allyson.

Stayed at David’s property for a 4 day weekend getaway. Perfect for 3 friends to relax in the beach. House was clean and David was very easy to communicate with. Perfect location, walking distance from everything!

This property served our family very well for a short vacation to the Jersey shore. The unit isn’t very large but it was more than adequate for our family and everyone slept very comfortably. Fantastic location - you can see the ferris wheel from the driveway! We brought our bikes which was a fantastic way to commute to the beach and the boardwalk just a couple of blocks up the road. We didn’t take advantage of the patio but it’s very inviting with a nice gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Dave and Allyson were very responsive and made the process seamless. Thanks for hosting our trip!

No complaints about the property it was very clean. Had all essential tools needed to enjoy vacation and cook at home. The only thing that put a damper on the trip was the 15 or so tenets upstairs. one of them threw up all over some clothes and a towel or something and they left it on the table outside for more then half the week. Other then that the owners are really cool, laid back people and very responsive. It’s a really good location as well. Very close to literally everything.

Unit was very clean. Includes 4 beach badges which was useful. There is a big outdoor table and a grill. 2 things to keep in mind 1) It doesn’t have a dishwasher and we had to buy a sponge. 2) Freezer doesn’t have an ice maker & didn’t have ice cube trays, so we had to buy those too. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

Dave was an excellent host. Resolved a small issue in minutes. Great location, with private drive and, if needed, free on street parking within steps of front door.

It was great for a a two day trip with my boyfriend and our 2 yr old son. 5min walk from boardwalk.

Great value. Bed mattress was a little worn. Being the lower level, you heard everything from the upstairs. We spent most of our time out, so it wasn’t a big problem.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for a week. The house is very well kept and clean. It’s only an 8 minute walk to the beach! The owner Dave was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would recommend staying here!

This was the perfect place for my family of three (self, husband and 6 year old) for a few days at the shore. The apartment was spotlessly clean, everything looked new/modern/well thought out and it was perfectly comfy for us (eg: having a flat screen TV in the bedroom meant that we could watch movies after my 6 year old went to sleep in the living room.) It is near enough to walk to the beach, boardwalk, water park and dining, while being far enough away that it was quiet at night. Perfect for a family of 3-4 with young kids. Great stay, great hosts, great value!

My husband and I had the pleasure of spending a long weekend at this home, and we had a wonderful time. Everything was as described, and the place was extremely clean. Checking in and out was extremely easy. David and Allyson made themselves accessible should we have needed anything, but thankfully everything was perfect! We had our one year old child with us so the distance to the boardwalk was important to us, and this home was in a great location. The outdoor area included was a great addition to relax after a long day on the beach. We highly recommend this VRBO, and look forward to reserving another weekend at this home soon. My friend and I stayed for the weekend, and it was great. Dave was wonderful about getting right back to us when we had questions. The place was so clean, and as soon as you walk out, there is the ferris wheel. So convenient to everything. Would definitely stay again!

It was a great spot for a couple to stay for a few nights. Quick walk to boardwalk and the beach. Clean and comfortable which is hard to find in Seaside. Would go back if I ever stay in Seaside again.

Loved that when we walked toward the beach/boardwalk we had a beautiful view of the Ferris wheel. Super clean, cookware is basically brand new. AC units worked well. Zero complaints here. We’ll likely be looking for this place again next year for our family trip!
