Amazing unique place - literally on top of the mountain. It was very magical and had awesome views.

For the price, I'd have expected wine glasses (not paper cups). I think the breakfast could have been a bit better - service was slow and they didn't have everything we asked for. Also i think the instructions on getting there could have been a bit clearer - like you need to get to the cable cars by early afternoon (i'd say by 1.30pm to give you enough time to get up).

Friendly staff and rooms are nice.

No directions or help with luggage. Be aware the location is not easily reachable. No cars and no room service.

Amazing place, amazing hotel

Neat, well maintained, quiet and comfy.

The view hits different. Especially when you wake right next to that person that prevents you from sleeping because their body is too hot, but, that’s a side note. Now back to the review. The room is very warm, even too warm I’d say. You can turn off the heating by yourself. The bed is very comfortable and the sauna is also pretty reasonable for the size of the room. It’s right next to the slope and you could genuinely ski-in. Great staff and overall a good time. Food is solid too. Still important to have that person that I talked about in the beginning.

We found some potentially used socks in the cupboard. We found some dry rose petals under the bed, I did consider gifting them to that person that I mentioned previously but that’s also a side note. I gotta stop with these side notes. I am sorry I kind wasted your time)

Everything was great! Exceeded any expectations. In the morning the breakfast was served in Oblaka Restaurant. Also with additional and reasonable charge, the hotel can deliver lunch or dinner from Oblaka Restaurant into your room.

Staff was very polite and helpful. Astonishing view, nice room, good facilities.

Service at the restaurant was a bit slow. Bed could've been a lil bit bigger.

Stunning panoramic view

Room was overheated due to the problems with A/C and active sun light permeated through a window. It is also very important to buy medicaments beforehand, because in case of dizziness or retching personnel cannot duly assist you. If you have altitude sickness, then this hotel will not be a great option for you.

Besides the divine view and cozy room, I was surprised by the comfort and variability of gadgets. The room equipped with humidifier, cordless audio system and private sauna. Advice you to get up earlier to see the sunrise. And there are limited food supply at the restaurant, if you come late the menu will be poor

Hotel Tenir is literally the best mountain resort in Kazakhstan. But it was a great challenge to get there by cable car. There are a lot of tourists on weekends, so I had to stand in a queue at every stop, as a result it took me 1,5 hour to reach the highest point. So plan carefully, you need to be at Medeo station by 3PM to get to the hotel before the cable car closing
