They first gave me a key that won’t open the door and I had to come back down to get the key fixed Just to go back up and realized that they gave me someone else’s room. I opened the door and the couples were naked. I had to apologize and go back down pissed and tell them to cancel everything and I want my refund. Such a terrible experience

The convenience of the restaurant and the food was great! The girl working the bar was great!

Overpriced room. The room was so small. The woman at the front desk was over the top. When we arrived there was no parking in the parking lot of the hotel. It was just me and my husband and I never received my 100.00 damage deposit back, knowing we did not and would never damage the property.

Property were clean and staff were nice. Special mention to the general manger, she was amazing.

The room itself must of had a water leak at one time. Big square cut out in ceiling that was patched. Crack in middle of ceiling.

We had to change rooms because of noise. Rooms were small. There was an old and stale odor in hallways and carpet stains. When we checked in, the front desk guy told us about good places to eat. We stopped by on our way out on the town to get directions. Unknowingly, the general manager overheard us and she immediately confronted the front desk guy for not encouraging us to eat at the hotel restaurant. We felt so bad for him because she was loud and unprofessional. Clearly, she was upset about it and the staff member was embarrassed. He was just trying to be helpful. We had no desire to eat at the hotel. Upon check-in, we were giving a parking pass to put on our dashboard even though we parked in the hotel lot. When we checked out, we were charged a parking fee and we were told that we could have parked on the street for free. This information would have been useful when we checked in. We could have avoided this additional fee. I will not stay here again.

It was nice and clean

There was a construction crane outside my window beeping both mornings I was there making it very hard to get rest. I told front desk at checkout but was told nothing could be done since I prepaid through booking.com

Desk personnel was spot on in recommendations. Short walk to Main street, UT transitional neighborhood. Comfybed a d pilliws

Close to interstate & Fourth Street Live! Very clean property. The breakfast croissant sandwich was so good! Staff was friendly & available.

No free coffee in the morning. They have a “restaurant” downstairs that’s outrageously priced. The bed was comfortable and it was clean. Other than that, it was expensive and not worth it.

I booked the hotel to not have to worry about breakfast in a busy city. No breakfast was set up. No coffee was available.

Able to check in a little early. Room was fairly clean. The second employee who helped us was very good, and went above and beyond to help us. She was very personable, and helped us unlike the first employee we interacted with. The hotel was fairly clean, and the rooftop was nice.

The first employee told us our reservation didn't exist, and insisted we had the wrong hotel. She was very unhelpful, and was not a good interaction for a first impression. Thankfully the second front desk employee helped us, and found our reservation. She lightened the mood very much, and put us back in good spirits. Our bathroom had some minor damage.

The freeway noise was extremely loud, as well as the people outside my door at 2:45 am slamming the outside door. Big gap under room door was a bit ridiculous. Rooms are very small, really only good for one person.

The staff was more than extremely helpful with the room mess up.
