The amenities were great! We had fun playing on the pool table, swimming, and sitting around playing games. Had minor issues but nothing that impacted the overall trip.

Cute place! Clean and quite. Had a small issue with the water heater but it was taken care of immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

the property is clean and well organized. lots of space for the whole family of 4 and even more. they even consider small children and have fun games and dishes for them. great pool and patio with 100 percent privacy. the only thing i suggest is to pack your swim towel. the back yard is also a great space for your fur baby. this property will be our regular house we rent when we stay in dalllas, which is quite often. this property did not disapoint!!!!

We stayed for 10 nights due to our home being under renovation and like the proximity to our house. Great house and the host is top notch. would definitely recommend.

liked the layout and 2 of the 3 bathrooms, the kitchen appliances. Didn't see and would have liked a coffee carafe or something other than the Keurig.; there are a number of cabinets that are falling off their hinges. as an FYI there were blunts in the ashtray in the pool area and a marijuana stash under the deck porch. I have no idea if that's legal in TX but we decided to just leave it all there

The property was as advertised. The only issue we had was the microwave not working and the pool needed cleaning. No other issues. They actually ordered a microwave and had it delivered. Great experience overall.

Cool house, modern finish, excellent layout, nice pool, central location. Definitely recommend.

House was great! My family and I stayed for a weekend and had a blast! Very clean and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

I've been using VRBO since 2016 and I've never felt less welcome at a property. We had no problems at all with the house. It was just as described, it was clean, and the kids loved the pool. I guess I was just taken aback by the invasive questioning and pestering I had to deal with prior to checking in and during our stay. After I already paid in full and booked the place on VRBO, the owner started emailing me insisted on knowing why I was in town, and the name, sex, and age of everyone in my group. I was told that failure to provide the info could result in cancellation of our stay. Two days before check in, I started getting a barrage of emails asking me to verify that stuff like who's in my group, their ages, that I know we can't party there, etc. When I thought that was it, I got a separate email demanding a copy of my driver's license and a valid credit card, even though I already paid VRBO. Later, as we were in the process of loading our vehicle to check out, I got a text "reminding" me that checkout was at 10AM sharp! Maybe I just got lucky, but I've never had to provide the kind of info the owner personally wanted emailed to them. I usually just fill out the info requested on VRBO and that's it. It is a nice house, but the owners seem very controlling and paranoid about people damaging their home.

This host is excellent and the property was perfect for our family of six. Multiple TVs kept our kids entertained and the pool was a perfect way to escape the Texas heat.

Our family enjoyed our relaxing weekend by the pool. The house was very clean and our hosts were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed.
