Nice and comfortable accommodation, continental breakfast had nice choices, Location: was close to the centre, There were quite a lot of brochures although we did not need them, a good thought, very much appreciated that we had a parking space, would definitely recommend to our friends.

Continental breakfast supplies were good. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was very nice. A very well appointed bathroom. Independent entry and carpark was very good.

Pretty happy with it all. Would have been useful to have some tea towels and dish cloth. Light bulb above the basin needed replacing.

Nice and comfy with everything you need for a short stay. Good location, not too far from town and the rugby stadium. Really enjoyed my stay

Clean and tidy with very comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with both bath and large shower. A variety of goodies provided for breakfast including fresh picked boysenberries. Pleasant vIew of a flourishing home garden outside window.

A small coffee table would be useful.Either you stand at bench to eat or juggle toast and coffee on yr knee.

Fabulous stay ... The details made it wonderful ... Like bath salts and scented candles. Everything was just lovely.

We loved the room and the space. But the highlight was definitely how easy it was to get in. We had a very late arrival and did not have to bother anyone to get access to our room. Luke and Charlotte sent detailed instructions way before our arrival so when we got there, parking and getting to our room was a breeze.

Loved the layout of the room and bathroom. Bed was super comfy and the bath was great.

Needed some more kitchen utensils - only the one frying pan for cooking.
