My only suggestion would be in the two queen room is to have one big mirror in the bathroom instead of two smaller ones. Since there are two mirrors and not two sinks and only one sink you cannot see in the mirror.

The house is adorable. Loved the fire pit and the ping pong table. Was a bit surprised that it was smaller than it appeared online. I was relieved some of the planned guests did not end up joining us. The check in process also required that you stop at an office in town to both pick up and drop off keys. Good information for those traveling that may not make it during business hours. Some of the rules are a bit different than other rentals as far as what needs to be done when you leave, so make sure you read the card. Beds were comfy and the beach theme is cute. Loved that there were board games available.

The big surprise was the size of the family room downstairs that let the kids be away from the parental figures for awhile - it was huge! Nice area away from all the crazy traffic too! I also echo others in saying how clean it was! We were initially concerned about the check in time due to our area getting dark at 5pm and we were allowed to check in much earlier. We really appreciated this!

Every part of this process was incredibly easy! Friendly staff, prompt attention, and home was absolutely spotless. Listing pictures were accurate and it was perfect for our large extended family. Large kitchen made cooking easy! Easy access to a community pool! Easy across the street access to the beach! We loved the area and will always vacation here in the future.

I absolutely loved this place.

The house was beautiful, in a quiet area, very short walk to the beach. Everything was clean. Beds were very comfortable, master shower is great! Perfect place for 2 couples to share with an extra room for the kids. We had a wonderful time. The only downside is that the downstairs/underneath where the ping pong table and tiki bar are, has a very strong mildew smell, making it unusable. Not a huge deal but something to be aware of.

Wonderful house!

The house was really nice and clean. I loved how closed to the beach it was. We had some trouble with some stuff not working but we called about it and then they someone over to handle everything so I have nothing bad to say. We enjoyed our stay overall and would have stayed longer if we could have. Thank you. 😊

So we went from staying in a beach hotel room to renting condos.This was our first time renting Ensenada Marbella 30 - we really enjoyed it. The floor plan, the wall colors, the furniture, the coastal decorations, appliances - wonderful! Once you walk up the exterior stairs the home is on one level. The view of the Bay from the living room is nice & having the patio to sit on to look at is great! You have a gulf side view from the glass door in the entryway & that’s beautiful. We loaded our car with our beach buggy, chairs & all things needed for the beach & turned right or left to park at a boardwalk nearby. You can also cross the street & walk on a dune path - we did both.I can highly recommend renting this home - the subdivision is small & nice to take a walk in to look at the cute pastel colored homes. This is only the second home we’ve rented on the bay side - normally we prefer beach front, but location & the home being so nice we don’t seem to mind it.I must say though that no rental is perfect, but I believe in reporting any issues so they can be corrected. I appreciate being able to rent this coastal home from the owners, but I do want to stress that hospitality whether a hotel or house is so important for us as the renters - please always remember that! The downstairs garage had a slight smell but aftering opening the garage door to let fresh air in you couldn't smell it anymore. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes and appliances you would need. We did see a baby roach in the bed and also a roach in the dressers which was unpleasant but it didn't take away from the enjoyment of the home. I would recommend pest control before guests arrive. I would highly recommend this space for family and friends to get together. You won't be disappointed. Plenty of seating at the long island and plenty of parking in the cul De sac. We will definitely stay here again.

We were extremely impressed and thrilled with this property. The pictures online looked great, but the house is even better in person. It appeared to have been very recently and nicely remodeled. The kitchen is extremely spacious with a huge refrigerator/freezer, double ovens, and a large island with several benches and color changing LED lights, and it was very well-stocked with everything we needed. The open concept kitchen/dining/living area is perfect for a large group. It was also convenient having the half bath off the main living area in addition to each bedroom having its own full bathroom. With no houses in front, next to, or behind this house, we could see the ocean from the front deck and the sound/bay from the back balcony. The unfinished basement was perfect storage for our beach gear and not only included a fun tiki bar and a giant Jenga game, but a ping pong table was also delivered and set up at the beginning of our trip which provided even more entertainment. We would definitely highly recommend this house!
