There were 4 of us in our group 2 couples. The house is very spacious and well equipped. The driveway was large enough for 2 cars+. The couches and beds were very comfortable which is a plus. A nice little back yard for sitting which I always look for in a rental. The location is excellent with easy walking distance to Howard St for restaurants. The neighbourhood is very lovely to walk around. We would recommend and hope to stay again when in Tampa. Really enjoyed our stay!

We had an outstanding stay in South Tampa. This bungalow has been updated top to bottom, while maintaining the historic charm of this spacious 3BR bungalow in the Hyde Park South/SoHo area. The location is awesome. We loved how close this was to the fabulous Bayshore Blvd-excellent for morning walks. Also within walking distance are some of the best restaurants in the Tampa area, as well as The shopping at Hyde Park Village. The house is extremely clean. All 3 beds are super comfy, as well as the couches and chairs in the living room. The kitchen is freshly updated and well stocked. We enjoyed playing cards on the enclosed front porch (bonus living space). We would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect. Clean, comfortable furniture and all items you may need were provided. The location was great - close to all (shopping/dining/UT campus). Felt comfortable and relaxed while there. Will rent again when we visit Tampa and look forward to renting from this owner for any future trips elsewhere. You won't be disappointed if your experience was like ours.

This clean, cute bungalow is in the heart of west side Tampa, with a 20 minute walk to Hyde Park shopping district. Beautifully appointed with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is bigger than it looks! I thought we walked into a Crate and Barrel ad set. It had the most comfy beds! Off street parking was a bonus! Next time we visit Tampa we will be staying here again.

My grandson and I stayed at Palma Ceia for our annual summer trip. The house was immaculately clean, well appointed, roomy, comfy and in a great neighborhood. It was a short drive into the city and to Bayshore Blvd. We would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. The location was perfect! Our group loved walking to local restaurants (which were delicious), the Bayshore Blvd sidewalk, and through the gorgeous neighborhood. We had a few snags in the beginning, but Kathie and her team were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this VRBO and working with Kathie.

The house was very well maintained and nicely decorated. All the beds were very comfortable, showers worked well, kitchen nicely stocked with equipment/utensils. Air conditioning worked well to cool the entire house. Lots of light and room for the 6 of us. Great location too! Easy drive to airport or downtown. Easy walk to the Bay and Harbor Spring shops and restaurants.

This listing is exactly as pictured…clean, updated and well appointed. The house was well stocked and thought out. We were very comfortable in this charming bungalow. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to Bayshore Blvd. walking path and a quick drive to the city. The surrounding area offers a great selection of bars and restaurants. We loved our visit to Tampa and look forward to returning.

Once a year my friends from college decide to take a trip somewhere to explore the city and catch up. Each year we try to pick a different city and this year we picked Tampa and this was one of the properties we found. This house made our trip that much better between location and the tucked away neighborhood. This made a few of us want to come back to Tampa again! The property owners were great and were constantly communicating throughout our stay. Would recommend any of their properties to anyone wanting to stay in Tampa!!

The home and host were both fantastic. The home is everything they say it is, and incredibly comfortable. We explored Tampa from there, and also just crashed and enjoyed the home. It’s both renovated and updated, with all the character and comforts you will enjoy. We had such a great time! Thank you for having us!!!
