Lovely breakfast with good variety of cereals, fruits ( including whole fresh fruits available) and hot dishes.

Pillows were a little hard, but the excellent and decor of the room more than made up for for this.

In town, has character and atmosphere , good breakfast, convenient for excursions, very pleasant, helpful staff, spacious, well equipped cabin….

Loved the old Worldly feel of the place. The room was very accommodating and the bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioner needs to be updated as it was far too loud for such a small room which meant it could not be used during the night.

We got to our room across the road from Tge Staging Post main building and thought ‘This is different!’ The decor was all very ‘stabley’ and thoughtfully done, reminiscent of days gone by. At the same time the room was comfortable and well equipped with microwave, fridge, plates, glasses etc. and always plenty of hot water.

Yesteryear theme.

Needs yellow strips to highlight changes in floor levels. Basin was too small. Not being able to park in front of unit. We were expecting a regular motel room.

Buffet breakfast was delicious especially the muesli and yoghurt selection.

Amazing place. Happy I have booked them.

There wasn’t anything to mention.

It was a bit different to the usual motel type accommodation which was great. Having access to a laundry was welcome. Room was set up to be welcoming and contained everything we could need.

The parking ! Not having sufficient parking spots for the number of units is not acceptable. Especially as there was no where close to then park.

Excellent food in the restaurant, best steak ever.

Didn't have breakfast. Proximity of shops and cafes. Rooms were well equipped.

I was under the impression the advertised picture of the Stables was the location for all the rooms that were available. We were staying behind the shop front and dining area which backed onto the laneway.

The Staff were lovely and accommodating. The complementary airport transfer was absolutely excellent.

If you are booking the property based on the images be mindful of what room you book. The deluxe queen room was nothing like the images, was a bit disappointing. Certainly not worth the money.

The rooms had ensuites, great wardrobe & kitchenette. The Reception Staff were pleasant & helpful. Parking was readily available.

The bed was too soft & creaked. The walls needed sound insulation. We could hear the person snoring in the adjoining room.

Good central location, with easy access to shops, restaurants etc. Good buffet breakfast to set you up for the day.

Noisy dogs at the back of the property. Water pressure for hot tap in shower very poor.

Ideal location for our purpose. Was quiet and once inside the room, could not smell the horses.

Perfect place to stay for a few days. Friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Bed was great. Everything we needed was there.
