Room backed onto laundry people doing laundry at anytime of night.staff unwilling to help.possums in ceiling keeps running around and banging.

Liked the txt message and key code for room entry, easy parking in front of the room. clean and tidy, good bathroom, internet was reliable. would have expected some vending machine for snacks or drinks.

Everything was great, except that the beds were hard. On a long trip it would be good to have a comfortable bed to get a good night sleep.

this is the second time I have stayed at this motel & was hoping for food service as the motel has a restaurant, but again is still closed ?? Would of stayed closer to town as after driving 16 hours to get to the destination, the last thing we wanted was to get back in the car.

Great location, only complaint is the light that shines directly into the window until about 10pm at night which is hard to sleep with if you are going to bed early.
And the sheets are a bit rough it would be nice if there was another option aswell

Improvement opportunities:
Bathroom shower had no screens which made the tiles slippery and wet in entire ensuite.
Wifi was not very good and smart tv apps were not useable.

I booked this motel at a few hours notice and as an emergency stop for my son who was driving from Sydney to Darwin. The gentleman I spoke to was so helpful and my son said the property was lovely and excellent value.

All good in living area, large, beds comfortable etc but bathroom was strange. Full wet area but no shower screen or vanity around basin. Thought disabled set up but no hand hold either. Difficult bathroom to manage with nothing to hold and water able to get everywhere from shower?

No dining even though it was advertised on the website that I booked through, cockroach eggs and spider webs hanging from the curtain, kettle that is dirty (dark brown) on the inside, bathroom light switch missing the protective cover.

the property web site advertises a restaurant, this had been closed down. no breakfast despite being advertised on the web site which is very deceiving.
On arrival they couldn't find my booking despite there being only about 6 or 7 room occupied.
Room was clean and bed was comfortable, that's about all.

Well located close to the Museums and Local attractions but the decor and fit-out of the room scream 90's with the same aged very small TV.
The swimming pool area was good to relax at, but the tables and BBQ was disgustingly filthy.
I will stay there again as I have noticed that tradesman was working on some of the adjacent rooms and hopefully give it an overall.

Ants big and small, bugs coming out of the wall holes and NO HOT WATER. Will never stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Booked online at 7:30pm as reception was closed, but had to ring back as we needed to know our room and key location. Rude isn’t harsh enough for the service we received because they had to put a key in a door so a travelling family could rest.

Our room with x2 king bed was ok for the price I paid for x2 night’s we even extend it to one more night with the normal price considering that our aircon was dribbling all night. Counter saturated. Report the problem to the lady at the front desk she doesn’t seems to worry too much about it. Their rooms needs upgrading as the fridge doesn’t have a door handle either. Sleep well.

There was no restaurant as shown on booking. Smoking area outside rooms needs to move. When you walk out of your room the guest smoking next door were to close to our door. Good spot for attractions.

Good hotel opposite Qantas Founders Museum. Rooms were a good size, each unit has its own parking spot outside. Restaurant was closed due to staff shortages, but they recommended places to eat. Onsite laundry in each block ($2 for powder, $2 wash, $2 dry).
