We had a great trip! The house was perfect for multiple families with kids. Super nice and new but with kids in mind (twin/trundles, baby gates at stairs, games, toys, puzzles, high chair etc). Right next door to the pool- which was super convenient. It is in a little community that is being built, and is very secluded and peaceful. We were about a 2 mile drive from town- not really walkable or driveable but that wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely book again!!

This is a beautiful house. Plenty of room for two families. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to prepare food. Plenty of glasses of every type and plates bowls etc. Four and a half baths which is wonderful when there are 11 people. Located close to town which is very convenient. We had some minor which were resolved immediately by the management company. The light color carpeting in the basement needs a good cleaning.

Our property was fabulous family friendly! We loved the floor plan. After our stay, we realized that we had left an item behind. The staff in the office was extremely helpful, retrieved the valuables and mailed them to us! Great company and a great vacation!

This house was everything we hoped for - plenty of room for our family, well maintained and a pool close by. The only issue we had was the oven didn't work for a day and a half but once it was fixed all was well.

Woodsview certainly lived up to its description. Beautiful home with first class amenities. Perfect place for the family to gather for a week of fun. Could not have found a better place for children and having the community pool right next door was the icing on the cake.

The first two floors of our rental were beautiful. We ran into some issues in the lower-level bedroom and bathroom which I felt horrible about because our guest could not fully enjoy his living area and slept on the living room couch for his visit. In all fairness, the property management offered to help us, but this would have resulted in having a number of maintenance and housekeeping personnel in the house during our vacation. I did not want to deal with that. I think once the problems are addressed and properly corrected, the home will be a beautiful rental. On a positive note, we enjoyed the community pool, the gas grill, and the screened-in porch even though Orkin did spray when I was trying to relax out there. I had asked and it was confirmed that no one would spray to resolve one problem as we had a pregnant woman and toddler staying with us. This did bother me. I hope this review is not too harsh, but I feel that I need to be honest.

Very nice property. Pool was awesome. Enjoyed the screened-in porch.
Note to owner…the powder room pocket door lock malfunctioned a couple times and a couple family members got locked inside the powder room. We opened it by pushing the door even more towards the closed position and used a credit card to lift the lock. Could use towel bars in bathrooms to hang bath towels and hooks for clothing. We had three couples and two children in our group. The third couple would have appreciated a larger bed in the double bedroom. Great stay overall!

We had an amazing time at Woodsview. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We found it peaceful, clean, quiet and serene. Beautiful surroundings, great area for walks, family friendly, great pool and more!
