Location, close to the beach and many excellent restaurants to walk. Quiet ,cleaning ladies did super job

There could be a basic cleaning kit for dishes and laundry. It would be good better to explain how good or not is sea view - our Villa Marine nr.7 has very limited sea view (only in standing position and only from 1 corner of the pool you can see sea).

Some elements of the culls didn’t practically work for example….the taps didn’t extend far enough into the sinks, there was no shaving mirror, not enough basic shower gel (but little pots of lotion & conditioner that most people will bring with them, no room to put soap/shower gel when washing). Nothing major but not designed by anyone who thought about using the facilities!

Great modern villa that is well equipped, very close to the beach and walking distance to the main road. It had everything we needed, from different coffee machines, to outdoor shower and even a gaming console for the kids. Antonis is a great host.

The pictures and reviews of Paradise Cove Villas really don’t do the place justice! We stayed in Cerulean for 10 nights and had such a great time. We were slightly worried about privacy before arriving but we needn’t have, we were tucked away in the cul-de-sac and very rarely saw any other guests. Antonis, his wife and the team are just brilliant and got back to us quickly whenever we had any questions. We arrived late on our first day and were greeted with a lovely care package, which was really kind, and the ladies who serviced the villa were always so friendly and accommodating. The villa was the perfect size for us as a couple. The bed was huge and really comfy, the pool and surrounding area was spacious with a lovely shaded table to eat outside and a great sized kitchen and lounge. The location is ideal to walk to both the old town and the harbour, taking around half an hour to both. There are lots of local bars, restaurants and kiosks. We would also highly recommend the Paradise Cove beach bar for a sunset pina colada. The villa was great value for money and the pictures undersell what a gorgeous place it is!

Honestly the place is fantastic it is hard to think of anything. The shower leaked which wasn’t really a big deal and the pool area could maybe do with a little table.

We stayed in the villa in December and found it exceptionally cold in the evenings. Bathrooms are very small.

Location was perfect, right on the footpath that we could walk to the harbour on.

We liked all of it I can't fault

Everything was fine! Clean, well-groomed territory away from the city noise, but on the first coastline, the noise of the sea can be heard during the day. Very private. Cleaning is twice a week, but this is enough if you are not pigs. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: an alarm system, anti-burglar locks, a safe – it is unlikely that it will be useful to you, but it is better when it is there. There is even a grill with everything you need. The pool is filtered, but you can clean it with a mesh yourself, it lies nearby and this is not a problem for an adult. Sometimes domestic cats come to the entrance to the house, but it's very cute. Everything is clean and well maintained. Bonus – a stunning sunset from the pool in September. Shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away, a car is not required. I recommend renting a car for a trip to the sandy smooth beach, so that everything was even more comfortable, it helped us. In September, at night, so that it is not stuffy, you need to turn on the air conditioner, it is quite comfortable. In general, everything is perfect and the villa is worth the money, believe me. I'll come back here again! Thank you, Antonis. PS: Don't forget that this is a house, not a hotel. You have the right to do what you need and monitor your site to make it better. But they will definitely help you if you ask.

Sometimes insects get into the pool, but as I wrote above, it's not a problem to clean it yourself and quickly. The sandy beach with a smooth entrance to the sea is quite far away. The beach nearby has stones for entry from the coast, but you can go down the steps. During the 7 days of stay, we changed towels almost twice, but never added an additional set of soap accessories (shampoo, shower gel, and so on). This is not a problem, but if it was updated, it would be fine for the guests. These are not disadvantages, but recommendations.

Antonis and his family were very kind and good hosts. The villa is beautiful and more than we hoped. Clean, spacious and equipped. Nearby are shops, bars, pharmacies and a 15 minute walk to the port, but the bus station is also very close and public transport is very well organized. We were more than happy with everything!

Our villa was very well equipped with everything we needed and more - there was a very good welcome pack there to meet us which was very much appreciated, particularly when traveling with 3 boys! The villas are literally 50m from the sea and boardwalk, where the family also have a lovely little taverna on the seafront selling fabulous Mojito’s, Aperol Spritz , beer & Prosecco and it’s the perfect spot for sundowners. - We went almost every evening as the view was perfect, the prices were extremely reasonable and the Owner lovely! -it’s also open for coffee all day which was a bonus. We loved our stay at Paradise Cove and loved having the privacy and space of our own villa and pool but also having everything else a short walk away. There are plenty of restaurants a short walk away, bank/cash machine & pharmacy 5 mins walk and it’s literally 10 mins walk to the main Kings Avenue mall which has a large supermarket along with loads of mainstream shops. We loved the boardwalk and wondered to Paphos harbour most days which was a 35 minute walk away along the pathed coastal path. Paradise Cove villas are not only contemporary and well equipped but they also felt extremely safe - they were serviced twice weekly , have a safety deposit box, window locks and also an alarm system. We loved our time and are so glad we opted for Paradise Cove rather than one of the hotels. The family who run them seemed lovely and couldn’t do enough for us and we would certainly recommend staying here. A lovely peaceful location but with everything a short walk away!

Where to start! 5* I travelled on my own which wasn’t the plan and was worried about safety as it’s a private villa, the security is amazing cameras/outdoor lighting/ alarm systems/double window locks (it’s not in a bad area nor is Cyprus unsafe but it adds to the comfort of the stay) 3 coffee machines! (I’m a coffee lover!) welcome pack that exceeded all expectations (loved the biscuits) the location is right on the beach with a beautiful coastal walk to the harbour, beautiful shopping Mall 5 mins walk, are, restaurants, (I bbq most nights by the pool!) all walking distance, yet these villas are secluded. I wished I had longer to stay, I’ll definitely be back and will bring friends/family
