Check in was seamless. The condo was as advertised and very clean. The only issues that we had were with the grounds keepers. 1 day I went to retrieve something from my car and they were using a leaf blower and blew dirt all over me. Not aware or considerate. While we were checking out the grounds keepers was washing the concrete stairs?! I tried to hold my 3 year olds hand so she did not slip and in the process I slipped and fell down the entire staircase and dragged my daughter slightly behind me. No serious injuries, but we were both pretty banged up. I don't understand why a staircase needs to be cleaned with soap during checkout hours. We ran into another of the condo owners who told us they are also having issues with the grounds crew.

Wanted a quiet stay on the beach with my sister that lives in another state. I looked at several places online from San Diego to Santa Barbara and this one seemed to check the boxes for us. We were not disappointed.

My family of 5 stayed here for a short weekend getaway from Sacramento. We stayed for two nights and three days. The location is perfect. Right on the beach with a 3rd floor balcony overlooking the beach. Loved hearing the waves roll in at night and waking up for an early morning walk on the beach. Across the street from the unit are beach volleyball nets and table tennis. My teens had a great time utilizing them. In the morning we walked through the little town and had breakfast at Jacks which was so good! We stumbled upon the used bookstore next to the library and found some wonderful vintage book finds. (We are book lovers!)
The unit is really great. Clean and fully stocked. The master bed was a dream. SO comfy! (I took a picture of the mattress tag and plan to purchase the same one.)
I will definitely stay here again when we go back!

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is wonderful, the view is great, and the unit is well taken care of and overall very satisfactory for three adults. One of our party was a senior with limited mobility and the walk-in shower and the elevator were great for her. Very much recommended

You Cannot Go Wrong With This Choice.
For Six (6) Weeks I Had the View of A King 24/7……Just Unbelievable and I Live in Carpinteria.
I Have Traveled to Many Parts of the World and if I Had to Pick Just One Place to Live It Would Be Here.
(You could hear the neighbors talking on their cellphone when sitting on the patio a few times)
The Pounding of the Surf and the Access to the Beach is Seconds Away.

This place was perfect for us! Right on the beach so after the swim races the kids could boogie board or walk on the beach. So close to everything! We didn’t move the car once we parked! Beds comfy and kitchen very functional! Thank you :-)

Lovely location; does overlook street parking but third floor view of ocean, beach and mountains helps obscure it. Definitely would stay again.

Spent the holiday with my husband and 21 year old twins. Location was incredible! Property was clean and safe. We explored Carpinteria and Santa Barbara and had a wonderful stay! I hope to come back!

Amazing location, very pleasant space. The unit was clean and very functional. Hot water was the only issue we had. We called the host and someone must have come check it out. We did have a little more hot water the rest of our time, but still not more than one shower’s worth. But I’m sure that will be addressed quickly. Everything else was great.

The third floor unit has an amazing view and location. The interior is lovingly renovated and decorated. The beds were so comfortable. Our stay was wonderful and I hope we can return.

We had a great time playing at the beach and visiting Santa Barbara! My six year old loved it and the location was amazing for family activities.

Excellent location with the beach at your footsteps and a short stroll to Main Street with shops and restaurants. Off street parking. The place was lovely and secure. We would definitely stay here again.

Spent the week on the beach with my family and had a nice time- condo was well-equipped with all you need and very comfortable. Couldn't beat the proximity to the beach - down the stairs and steps to the sand!

The unit was ok for the weekend; however the lock on the front door malfunctioned and we were locked in the unit. We had to crawl out of a window in the afternoon to get out. My husband was able to reset the lock finally and we were able to use the front door in the evening. The repair person came in the evening to check on the lock.
Also, the television in the second bedroom did not work at all.
For the cost, I would expect these things to be functional.

We had a really good time. The condo is right on the sand. The condo was just like the pictures. Cute and just the right size for my 2 grand girls and me.

Three adults, all over 70 thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations which were quite comfy and complete. We baked a cake and quiche and found the kitchen completely stocked to achieve these baking quests. My daughter and her husband own a condo across the street so this location provided perfect access and yet remoteness. It was great to walk out of the elevator straight to the beach access. We will definitely repeat our stay here in Carpinteria.

Came here with family and it was awesome! Nearby downtown. It’s right on the beach which I loved! We were upstairs on the third floor which was difficult with my 1.5 year old but still couldn’t beat the location. The space is cute. Some furniture I would say needs to be updated but overall great place! Definitely would book again!

Nice condo, very comfortable. Only negative is we had some problems with lights not working as well as electric outlets working when they wanted to. Otherwise, great place to stay!

We girls have been getting together annually for 30 years -- except for 2020 and 2021. We had such fun this year to be back together again! The location was perfect for beach time and for exploring the Santa Barbara vicinity. The condo was a perfect size and very well supplied with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed just sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by.

Overall, a great experience with this condo. The location was awesome, right on the beach (the view is 1/2 beach/ocean, 1/2 parking lot. Everything felt clean and the condo was well-stocked. The twin beds were a little flimsy and the sofa was good for a child to sleep on but wouldn’t be comfortable for anyone over 5 feet. Would definitely look into staying here again if in town.

I love the location of the unit . The only thing that concerned me was there was no air conditioning!! and that was not on the site saying that there was no air conditioning for the unit. There was ceiling fans in rooms but no fan in the living area. Super hot 🔥. You Might get one to have on hand.
