I'm not rating this against 5 star hotels, but against other hotels of its kind. It's cheaper and better-managed than most other hotels in the long-term category, and much cleaner. This property is managed well, and has long-term occupants. There are strict rules, which keeps the place as quiet as one can expect in a hotel, and fairly clean. The room itself was very clean. The experience was a new one for me, as this functions less like a hotel and more like a dorm. As long as you just need a clean place to stay that doesn't smell like weed or dog, this does very well. It's in a great location, with lots of stores and groceries a mile or so away.

The room is very spare, without a desk and desk chair. I had to work on my laptop on a small round table with uncomfortable chair. The AC was very loud, drowning out the TV if I was watching. The walls are thin, as expected, but the people next to you are likely going to respect the rules and not be noisy. I was given a housekeeping day, but housekeeping never showed up. My dislikes are mild, and if I needed a long-term stay again, I would rebook here without hesitation.

My room wasn’t clean, there was a roach crawling on shower curtain second day and bed had holes in blanket.

Room was clean , staff were nice, location alright close to food and shopping.

My fiancé and I were placed next to the loudest people always yelling and cussing out their kids. We couldn’t get any sleep. U can hear everything they were saying. Kids running and jumping shaking our bed all day and night. We both work , our jobs are close and we are staying here temporarily but my goodness we were so uncomfortable. I don’t want to hear “I’m going to beat your axx” all day. We’d like to get some sleep at some point I am freaking tired ! I’m just really upset & can’t wait to get out of here. We’re wasting so much money just to hear these people yelling all day. This is ridiculous. We could go somewhere else but why should we have to when we pay as well & would like to be comfortable at least.
