Not sure why someone red flagged me and I wasn't able to stay at this location nor am I allowed to stay in any of the places around there that are connected. I have always got my deposit back from every place I stayed that including this one. When I called booking.com customer service she also was shocked because I haven't had any bad stay she was trying to help me figurer out what was going on.
How they said I couldn't stay there when I never did anything wrong to that place, staff or the hotel.

The shower. The holder for the sprayer in the tub was broken. It fell on my head and then on my back. Very dangerous and impossible to take a shower. Needs to be repaired right away.

The gentleman working the night shift was exceptionally nice and accommodating.
We had an issue with the TV in our room and he simply moved us to another room. His service was the best. Thank you!

The pool was supposed to be open until midnight. Our girls had a softball tournament all day. All the sudden their was a sign after we got back from dinner that pool closes at 8. Staff said light are out. How do you know lights are out if you have a time of 8 and then say it will open back up in the morning. No maintenance man on duty. Do not stay here

Close to the highway. Front desk staff was friendly. Room was big and had a fridge with a freezer and microwave. Breakfast was decent. Sufficent for a quick overnight stay
Curtains in the room were shredded, torn and dirty. Bathroom was a little worn down.

Breakfast was good and it was clean
The staff approached a couple while we were having breakfast about what room they were in. This occurred in a very rude and demanding way. The guest were accused of not being actual guest and told they had gotten way to many breakfast items to take back to the room. No milk at breakfast was told be back in 5 minutes to not return with milk for at least another 30 minutes
