Location great hotel was the worst

I didn't like anything about my stay

Not very much.

There was a group of men standing around the front door when I arrived which made me uncomfortable. at least 2 were homeless . they walked off when I approached the entrance. the desk clerk was less than friendly. Almost like it was a interruption to do his job.

They work with u juss keep your room and things clean

The location is great! Parking was good.

I ordered a king & there were no rooms left when we got there smh. We got put into a double room. After 4 rooms we were able to check in. 1st room - keys opened a occupied room. 2nd room - there was a horror movie in rm 211 girl screaming slamming things, man yelling at her. 3rd room - light switch didn't work. FINALLY 4th room - I wanted off that floor! We stayed on 1st floor. Not much of a choice for breakfast. Hallway had a odor. Beds were so so. Housekeeping didn't give me a minute to get up to come to door so they started entering our room.

They lied.no damn breakfast

Clean customer service have breakfast Whole hotel is nasty.

I liked the room we were in was at the end of the hall

Noise outside . A couple was helling .and fighting outside back and fourth most of the night

They was Renovating stuff all in the hallway the key is to get in the room didn’t work several times was an inconvenience to park and have to walk all the way around the building just to get a new key. They also kept changing the Wi-Fi password without letting me know anybody know.
