The location of the hotel was great.

Front desk staff was fair. Breakfast was poor. Facilities were decent. Location was very convenient.

Nice Staff, the bed was soft but comfortable.

The room was small and tight for a KIng Size bed, difficult to move around in. The AC unit was noise, Over kill on the carpet freshers I have alleriges and it was overpower my breathing. I had to counteract with some natural sprays.

fridge had food in it already. toilet didn’t work at all, no one ever came to fix. pretty sure the room wasn’t cleaned properly before arrival.

The service was very helpful, breakfast lady was deligthful, room was clean

The smell of cigarette in the room was strong, the hairdryer wasnt working.

I liked the location, but I thought it was closer to my event.

I didn’t like the fact that my curtain didn’t close and my floors looked dirty. The bathroom floor looked dirty and I didn’t feel comfortable walking on the floor.

This hotel should be closed and given a complete renovation. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The Hotel smells, it is dark and dingy. The elevator looks very unsafe and had a note "Elevator certificate is located in the admin office". Seems not very legit. The carpet in the room has multiple stains, the bed skirt, curtains, and chair has some sort of white stains on them. The towels had stains, the bedding had some red spots. The staff was nice and gave us some new towels and bedding, but warned us it may have stains as well, but it is clean. Sorry, but this is unacceptable. The bathroom had red stains on the counter. The toilet was not mounted correctly, drywall was damaged. The bathtub was clogged up. There was a old, dirty plunger under the sink. The breakfast was a joke. Old hard, dry bagels, warm bananas (they were placed right under the heating vent), the water tasted like skink water with ice. And all this for and average of $ 184 a night.
