very spacious and comfortable

private beach access on sound side, kayaks, SUP, life jackets, beach chairs, beach toys, cooler, beach cart, were fantastic. lots of clean towels as well as beach towels.

no dishwasher pods, no instructions for check out procedures, deck had lots of food scraps on balcony

Location was nice. Not too crowded beach area to view The Blue Angels.

Roaches roaches roaches. I can’t begin to telll you how many. Facilities also in poor condition/ bannister and steps in bad shape. Not being well maintained or managed. The house and bottom floor smelled stale and of mildew. Was hard to breathe. We called on arrival to notify them of our issues. Nothing was done till the night before we were to checkout. They also had a delivery guy come out with an unmarked spray bottle. He said it was air freshener. Someone from Vacasa texted it was bug spray!!! I have pics to prove all of this.
