Tout ! Accueil exceptionnel par Philippe et Fabienne. Le logement est très propre, la salle de bain très agréable. Aucun problème avec le wifi contrairement à ce qu'on avait pu lire. Une pensée spéciale pour JP et Louise, une belle rencontre, merci pour toute votre aide !

Vraiment pas grand chose, juste les bus de l'île ne se rendent pas jusqu'à cet endroit donc voiture conseillée sinon le stop fonctionne bien !

it was very quaint and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for.

the only negative is if you are from the states be prepared that most of your electric items will not work even with outlet converters. we were not aware before we went that the outlets were European style outlets and therefor could not power my wife’s hairdryer or my electric shaver. the Wi-Fi was not working either and there was not TV. the tv was not a big deal for us but being able to call or text our kids at night was difficult even with a international plan on my cell.

Anything I asked for was taken care of immediately! Thank you very much 😊

Philippe was helpful and a pleasure to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable. The patio and pool area is very private and relaxing. The neighborhood is also very cozy and convenient with a shop and many restaurants within walking distance. It is hard to imagine the whole area was rebuilt after Irma in 2017.

The pool is a little small with no shade, so the water gets too warm to be refreshing during the heat of the day. It is still very pleasant to take a dip in the evening when there is always a nice breeze coming through to keep the bugs away.

A wonderful place to stay on the French part of St Maarten for a few days. Very friendly owner, very helpful. The area is quiet, also because a lot of resorts have not been rebuilt yet after hurricane Irma. A nice restaurant and small supermarket, with fresh French bread and coffee, are only a few walking minutes away.

Other resorts, restaurants and terraces in the area are still closed after Irma.

This exceeded all expectations. I did not eat there because I had plans with friends. The location was beautiful, it was secure, it was conveniently located (to the shore, Babit Point, other rentals, restaurant, and grocer). The owner was extremely nice and was willing to work with me when I arrived a little early. The room was perfect!!! The bed was comfortable. The room looks like it was just remodeled. Such a nice surprise on the level of quality and price.
