Clean, waterfront beautiful view and right next to Tesco.

The flat was exceptional - modern, clean and well equiped.

The apartment is lovely. Amanda kept in touch with me and telephoned me to say we could check in early as the flat was ready. She met us to show us round the flat and hand over the keys. Apartment is very well decorated and furnished and is very comfortable. It was lovely to have the balcony to sit out.

Great place to stay. Great location alongside the river. Stayed last year and will likely book for next year for the Dundee Kiltwalk. Host was great.

The apartment was well presented and very clean. Great location with a short walk to the city centre and a parking space too. Amanda was friendly and so accommodating, we wouldn’t hesitate on staying here again.

The Wifi Speed should be much higher... download speed less than 5MPS is far too slow in today's world... and upload was worse so could not upload photos on FB

This apartment was very clean. The owner had thought of everything, and there was lovely touches that made it feel homely. Would use this apartment again. Just great to relax.

Not anything I did not like, but maybe the traffic , it was a busy road it did quietened down in the evening so not a real issue.

The property was very nice. No problems and Amanda was helpful. Dundee waterfront all the way to the Ferry is great. old wooden ships. Modern museums. Restaurants. Good transportation so no complaints except inner city Dundee is pretty to walk but a bit hollowed out in terms of the businesses

The apartment is amazing. The view from the livingroom and balcony is gorgeous. The apartment is well equipped. There is a dedicated parking space for the apartment. Location is fantastic - 15 minute walk to the centre of town. Tescos is next door for anything you run out of. We had a great weekend.

Windows could do with a clean so that the view could be appreciated.

Amanda was welcoming and accommodating . The apartment was clean and fresh and well presented. Full of home comforts. Everything we needed in the kitchen. The shared areas were clean and fresh and there was no noise pollution from neighbours. The view over the Tay was lovely and even in winter it was nice to sit on the wee balcony. There is road in front of property but it doesn't detract from the view. Why look down when you can look across the lovely horizon. Great central location for access to city centre shops and old buildings and attractions and also the quay with The Discovery & V&A. Lovely walk just outside the apartments along the riverside or over the impressive railway bridge behind into town and a walk up the Law for views across Dundee. I would recommmend a visit we hope to be back. Thank you Amanda

The livingroom was very cosy as the heating was so efficient. Struggled with the tech to turn it down but thats me. I could have called Amanda. If you were a very light sleeper ( like me) I would recommend ear plugs as traffic passes during the night. Its not very loud but if you're a very light sleeper you'd hear it

I liked the view over the Tay and the closeness to the V&A. I liked the underfloor heating and comforts of the flat.

The heating was tricky to reset we found and even though Amanda adjusted settings, it was too warm for us at times. There was a problem with TV reception/connection.
