The apartment was in a good location close to the football stadium and nicely furnished.

The smell of fried oil in the corridors and the glass cups were not cleaned. Don't know about the rest because we didn't use them.

That is was a great location to attend a Manchester United game.

Very difficult to collect keys, location of far from rental, no one was at place when I first showed up to collect keys. Dirty dishes in draws place wasn’t all that clean. Little to no toilet paper on arrival. Made me pay for a extra night because they said they didn’t offer early check in, then when I did the pre check in a few days before there was a option for early check in for a small fee. Lost hot water for for a night.

We stayed at Insignia for a concert which took place at Old Trafford so the location was perfect! Literally across the street The apartment is very updated and very clean . Everything has a new clean feel to it .we were very satisfied ! we

So i would definitely recommend this place and would for sure stay here again no question Just few things that could have been better- there was not a sufficient amount of toilet paper ( we were 3 guests staying for 6 days and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper) so had to go buy some more. The bath towels are pretty small ... and the key pickup was around a 10 minute drive away . With that said , the team was very understanding and helpful offering a solution to return the keys since i couldnt retuen to the same place where i picked up

Kitchenware: Please, get some plastic tools for teflon pots and pans. The iron ones destroy teflons 😦 Carbage collection: Please, at least let the customers know there are recycling boxes in the ground floor bin. Add these to the house rules. The bin is awful, full of un-recycled wastes, one poor person there sorting them out. The recycling MUST start from the flat, by the customers, as far we know we can do it.

broken toilet seat No loo roll - after 5hrs travelling, couldn’t even go to the toilet before a trip to Tesco! no extra pillows duvet too small for the cover shower didn’t drain so constant flooding when used bin area absolutely stunk, was vile everytime you went in or out of the property

There was a terrible smell from the waste disposal room. When disposing of our waste and recycling the problem became clear. The disposal room was completely over filled. Every bin was full and overfilled. Very disappointing!

Location was excellent, old trafford was only 10min walk away. Apartment was also excellent with everything you need. Alicia at Residential estates was brilliant, emailed the day we arrived to check everything was ok and kept in touch with any questions I had during our stay.
