Ce logement est à éviter. On s'est fait piquer par des punaises de lit moi et mes enfants. Des boutons surtout nos corps. En plus l'appartement que j'ai pris ne se ferme pas à clé, on ne s'est pas senti en sécurité. Nous avons contacté le hôte qui n'a pas donné suite à notre notification. On a du partir avant la date prévue de fin.

Last minute cancellation at 20:00 in the night by the owner, no place to stay at night extra travel with kids to find a new place, as we have planned to cook food waste of stuffs

I do not reccomend staying at this place. Upon Arrival, it was difficult to contact owner (he does not answer the phone). After reporting to the booking.com hotline, they also tried to call unsuccessfully and the owner response came after 9 p.m. and was indifferent. The beds were dirty and the staff got bitten by some bugs! We asked to do the cleaning and take care of them, also for replacing bed linens and extra bed linen. The answer was that it is clean. The doctor, after examining the wounds, concluded that they were bed bugs. No proposal to solve the problem, we had to move to another hotel, and owner refused to refund for unrealized (HIS FAULT!) stay. We carried a double costs and we do not want anyone in the future to be cheated on money or have health problems because of the conditions in this place.

Terrible. Arrival was awkward with no signs or anyone around to help. We was convinced we was in the wrong place as the neighbours where all watching from there windows us unpack our car, strange/worrying we thought… The apartment is simply not clean (we couldn’t work out if the smell was from urine or tobacco or both) pretty much everything (the pictures must be from the first day the apartment was finished) was cheap and already half busted. Beds springy cheap. The sheets had been changed we hope! (A positive) Owner told us he would message us on the booking app the WiFi password but didn’t bother. So we used our overseas mobile data so thanks for that! Directly below the apartment was a house full of young (6-7) men who where sitting in the dark right next to the entrance to the apartment. I suggest solo female travellers try find elsewhere. Lock on door was wobbling and cheap. The whole experience wasn’t very nice at all. Vibe was very moody feeling like we walked into a problem in the community in an otherwise perfectly safe area. The owner really needs to step up as this is the first time we ever left a bad review…

Property wasn't easy to find. The Villa is an appartement blok, were some appartements seem to be rented out on short term base. The front "garden" was a construction site (no work done while we were there) .I wouldn't recommend it to people with childeren, the road infront of the property was busy and cars were flying past. You could hear the neighbours upstairs talking and moving furniture.

Location (proximity from Geneva). Price rather OK.

Not clean (very dirty under the beds, lots of flies dead and alive…). Plumbing at showers leaking. Front yard still under construction (apparent excavation, mud, dirt, etc.) (Very) poor quality of the beds. Not recommending.
