Modern and clean. Location was good.

One elevator working. Long waits for elevator. Lack of security for guest…Anyone could walk through the front door and go up the elevator to the upper floors.

We loved the location. It was very walkable. The valet parking was convienent and quick. The room itself was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the variety at breakfast.

We had to ask for sheets for the pull-out bed twice and they were not brought. I finally walked to the lobby to get sheets and extra towels. We didn't have enough toilet paper later in the stay. We had to walk to the lobby to get more (and then wait while they found it.) The first morning we were there no one was working the front desk and we couldn't find anyone to answer questions. We were told the incorrect start time for breakfast and had to wait yet. There were several others also waiting for breakfast, so when it was served it ran out quickly and we had to wait again.
