We stayed in the Scottish Thistle room which was excellent. A very well presented property in general. Comfortable rooms with all all the right modern amenities. The bathroom was spacious and loved the heated floors. Access was simple with dedicated parking. We would have stayed a further night if available

Everything about this place was top notch! Jo was amazing in accommodating us. Towels were thick and luxurious. Beds were comfy. Sheets were clean and inviting. Loved all the details. The welcome basket with wine, shortbread, fresh bread, milk, chips etc was such a nice touch!

Doors are noisy and there’s a faint light shining above the ceiling at night in the attic. It’s a minor inconvenience for all the other pluses.

Apartment very small (Croft). Tumble dryer not working. Host could not be contacted for check-in and so was unable to enter apartment until late evening. No soundproofing and a lot of noise from neighbouring apartment.

Two block walk to the restaurants on the river was very nice. The house is well done.

Handicapped shower in Courtyard puts water all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, the Courtyard Apartment at Art House is a fabulous retreat.

Very nice apartment recently renovated, clean and wifi was good. Easy parking available on site.

Major privacy issue, had a camera facing directly onto my apartment entrance door, which was clear glass, I happened to walk to my suitcase which was next the door completely naked just to realise I had a camera filming me, seriously concerning and would not be booking again because of this. Also there are fire signs and panels everywhere and it really kills the cozy feeling of the apartment. I did not like the accessible bathroom a very awkward design. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything that goes on in the apartments next door.

Unbelievable value for money, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated with a heap of thoughtful little touches, we loved it! Would definitely stay again.

The location felt safe and secure. We visited Inverness to attend the ballet so only stayed one night. The apartment and reception area was warm, spacious and clean. The apartment was a touch of luxury. Bathroom was a pleasure to use as very spacious and clean - although I did hope the shower would be slightly more powerful. It was so clean and lovely throughout though. We stayed in a hotel the night before further north and it was slightly cheaper rate but no where near as comfortable and impressive. We will look out to stay again for our next trip to Eden court.

The door code was a little confusing because I received so many emails prior to our stay I just couldn't find the right one with the code. I just kept looping following links that said 'your code will be provided to you on this link' and it took me to another page with no code. One call to the number at reception and it was resolved. I would say perhaps some simple instant coffee just for the visitors who have never used the coffee machine .The fire doors on the front room/bedroom were very heavy but a necessity no doubt. I have arthritis in my wrist so needed my daughter to help with the doors at times. These are very minor things and I do not consider them to be an issue. Just a little feed back. Other guests may want to note the heavy doors as we remarked my mother would not have managed if she had stayed alone.

Very beautiful clean place. Comfortable and near to city center. We loved everything.
