Not much to say in this area

We were charged two different rates for same Standard rooms though the booking was done in one go. We were under the impression that the costlier room may have some thing extra / special. Were as both the rooms were same. The Hotel staff were either not aware of things or were giving one or other excuses for the same and trying to either justify it or if at all any mistake is done it is on the part of Booking.com and hotel is quite ignorant in the matter. Though the room were not worth for what we had paid and infect we are feeling cheated.

Everything was great

there was an amazing aroma all in the building. The room was so clean. Towels were fresh. everything was working. Bathroom is very good. room is compact but it was worth the price i booked for

No inside kitchen

Location of this hotel is perfect near Janki jhula, staff was well behavior. Mr Uplaksh was there, he was of very helpful and kind. Hotel was clean and full of facilities.... Will stay again if i come back later again... Hotel was perfect to stay and full of facilities... Staff was ready to help you anytime and anywhere

Staff is really good, they were always ready to help when we asked for extra rajai and heater. I think owner should understand and upgrade this hotel's standard of living and facilities.

1st of all, they show u different pics and provide different room saying that which pics u have seen in app they r costly. 2nd thing, me and my frnd selected room for 9th to 12th January and all the days we had issue with hot water where temperature was almost 6 to 7 degree and no hot water was coming. Due to this we had to delay our outing for atleast 1 and half hour everyday. As u know for travelers time is the most imp thing. If we hav our plan to leave room by 8 immn morning, bcoz of water we left the room at 11 after so much waiting for hot water and that too we bath in another room. 3rd point, there was no housekeeping all the 3 days stay. Rediculous experience it was.
