flies all in the room..I did not get the queen size bed that I booked instead for two small beds very stiff uncomfortable..there was drug addicts/homeless wondering around..very poor condition of rooms..remote did not work..run down motel but had a tesla charging in the front🤔

The inside door safety lock in room 113 wasn't available. Needed to be replaced. But the area still felt safe and the doorknob had a lock as well

The window faced parking lot with bright lights and car headlights, no shade or curtain to keep light from shining through the big gap around the blinds. Door had a huge gap around and wasn't sure the lock would actually hold. Bugs in bathroom on floor crawling around into main area. Loud music from event center in same area and loud drunk upstairs.

I like that the tv worked great and had lot of different channels to watch.

I didn't like the ideal of having to go and but rouch spray. The hotel has roaches bad. There were also no certains just blinds, someone walking could see through the window if the light is on. The door didnt have the deadbolt hook, it was broke. There were also a lopepe electrical outlet behind the night stand .

the location was convenient

I found someone’s clothes in the bathroom. the bathroom was horrible. we did not use it. we went places for the bathroom. The staff was not the most pleasant person. it was a non smoking room but the room was filled with stale smoke with cigarette holes in bedspread. Sheets were stained. We had blankets from the concert so we slept on it. Why did we stay with all the issues? Time restrictions and nowhere to go

The location was perfect

The ac worked and the tv had cable. The shower was nice and hot.

There needs to be a lot of repairs, shower rod was broken, the room smelled like cigarettes, the floors hadn't been cleaned in a while because after I stepped out of the shower and waked around and stood back on the towel it left a dirty footprint. The icing on the cake was as I was leaving the room I saw a cockroach run across the floor.

***DO NOT STAY AT THE TOWN & COUNTRY INN *** Located in the bad part of town, holes in the sheets, no lights at the sink area, lumpy bed, ants. I don’t know where the pictures were taken to show the rooms but this is nothing like the ones at this place! Stale smoke/marijuana smell and the ceiling is falling in. Term roach motel fits this place. How just how does this place pass inspection to be listed? Its like a place for people for long term stays but so ran down. I’m not sure why such a reputable site like booking.com would even list this place.

The room was not cleaned. The beds had dirty linens. The beds were not even made up. There was holes all in the walls. Only 2 plugs in the room. The fridge was dirty. No coffee, not even in the office. They also tried to double charge me and say they didn't do business with any online booking companies. Worst experience ever and a huge waste of money.

property being renovated and updated. Beds were clean, 2 nice blankets to keep you warm. Need lamp lights back though for night reading instead of just the 1 overhead light. Was central to many things. Had major concert in Fayettevilee and was easy to get their and back to hotel. Napolis Italian was awesome, super fresh pasta, highly recommend. Don't go to Lucy's for breakfast, couldn't get waited on, go to Jaclyn's, great atomsphere, good food and prices. Both are great finds, for sweets there is even a Rick's bakery.

no lamps by bed for reading, central plug not on night stand either. Plugs limited and for all electronics we have today, need more plugs.

I like that it appeared as though they are trying to upgrade the facilities. I personally only need a pillow, warm blanket and padding for my hips, but I've also stayed in 4 and 5 star resorts throughout my lifetime and I chuckled when I drove onto the property, because it reminded me of the kind of motel one would see in a scene from Breaking Bad.

Considering the post-pandemic circumstances that so many businesses are faced with and seeing that it looked like the owners/management was/were making honest efforts to upgrade the place, I allowed myself to feel okay with the place and be pleased that other humans are trying to make things better.
