The highlight of the stay was definitely the staff ,one Mr Sebastian and another gentleman whose name I could not catch. They anticipated our every need and make sure we were comfortable. They are definitely an asset for their establishment .
I opted for an AC room to avoid problems with mosquitoes when keeping windows open. But unfortunately the exhaust in the bathroom was absent and there was just a hole in its place on the wall . Mosquitos entered through this and disrupted our sleep.

The property was well maintained, neat and clean.
The room was very small. The bathroom has no lock. There was no lift in the property.

Overall Good stay. Calm and quiet area and rooms. Neat and clean room. They gave us the option to pay the entire amount at Check out time. Near to Kochuveli railway station, Lulu mall and Kims hospital
Free Breakfast option is not there as no restaurant is attached to the residency. Also they should have provided a table. But no space to accommodate table as room is small

I’ve nothing to like there
lift facility isn’t available…I’ve stayed with my family including mother in law & father in law…they were very struggled because of lift facility isn’t available.

Advantage of this residency is to get a feeling like staying at home, and it's so close to airport, Lulu, Kims hospital, World Market and many more. I'm really satisfied my stay there and recommending everyone to use this budget friendly stay in the capital city.
